This is a very nice family resort. We had fun and I appreciate that they have activities within the resort. The staff were very ffriendly and willing to help at all times.They need to update the facilities a little bit. The kids club can be improved as well. Their food options could also be better. The pressure from Infinity luxury travel is something I'm least pleased with.

property was very organized especially food galary I loved to have vegeterian salads, mexican food and variety of fruits. My room was also very spacious and decorated. They arranged for everything except fresh coconut. The Food galary, Spa, restaurants are amazing and organized. I would love to visit again this resort.

The staff was wonderful. Food was nasty drinks was water down room out dated, But the kids love the pool & beach game room. It’s was a nice place for a kid to be a kid

The check in was such a horrible experience. We arrived at 1pm to check in. The manager was all about charging me an extra day when he couldve easily fixed the mistake from orbitz system error. I booked a night on the 10th for check in on the 10th and check out on the 11th. Instead the system put check in on the 9th with check out on the 10th. It was my daughters 9th bday celebration, my wife a new born and my 5 year old. They let us wait in the lobby for over 4 and a half hours trying to figure out the mistake. I had all the proof and everything the hotel asked for. 1st the itinerary, 2nd the receipt, 3rd the email, 4th calling orbitz to where they acknowledged and called the hotel but the hotel refused to allow the change to go through, etc. Finally orbitz tells me to just book the room and pay cash and that a return will be given. By the time we checked in our room it was 530. The water park closed at 6 pm and the restaurants were not allowing any reservations bc it was too late. My daughters bday was ruined. Once inside

The show at night was new and the water volleyball and great outside music. The food was so bad I cringed to go down and eat. If a hotel has excellent food then the whole experience is great. This second time around with the food being worse then the first time around and the first time it wasn’t good just new. I won’t be coming back for a third time of bad food. The sushi messed up me wanting to eat it any more. The rice is old and mushy, like left over rice. You be safe with just making a salad. The shrimp was disrespectful if I in my home clean my shrimp devein my shrimp from the poop then why would I want to be eating dirty shelled shrimp from upstanding hotel, just disrespectful.

Once we pulled in, we were taken back by the beautiful lobby. We were greeted by staff with welcome drinks. The check-in experience was the best I have ever had and it set the tone for our stay. The property had amazing views. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint was that the food left something to be desired.

The staff was excellent and the food was decent. It was definitely a family resort. My only 2 complaints are #1 the pool closes early. They close at 10 and the workers were cleaning and kicking us out by 9-930, when we mentioned it closed at 10 they said they would allow us to swim for additional 10 mins for some extra $. The second complaint IS A BIG ONE. As soon as you get there they have a concierge person come and talk to you and let you know about the amenities and and maps of the hotel which is great but after a long flight and being hot with KIDS, they should allow you to get comfortable and let you relax for a little. Then after they explain all, they try and push a 90 minute presentation on your group for a travel company called infinity. We tried and to say no at 1st but then they started saying they would cut our prices in half for the activities that we wanted to do as long as we attended the 90 minute presentation. With a group of 8, it would have saved us a lot of money, So we did it. They assured we didn't have to buy anything and the presentation was going to be during breakfast. Well 3 hours in and we got to finally walk away. We were only there for 3 whole days and one day was now wasted because of that presentation that they pushed on us. Then after the presentation we went to book our activities and we did notget the packages for half price. It Saved us about $50 a person and our 2 kids were free anyway. So JUST SAY NO TO THE PRESENTATION!

Room was kept clean by a great housekeeping staff, loved the activity staff. The buffet food was mediocre but boy those desserts were amazing! Food at the restaurants we went to were very good, I’d recommend eating there and avoid the buffet

This is the perfect place for kids!! I loved the 24 hour room service, the pool bar, the kids water park area, and the beach. Beach chairs were plentiful. Every staff member that we came in contact with was AMAZING!!! The only thing that I did not like was the food. The food is very mediocre. With COVID, I don’t like the idea of everyone serving themselves at the buffet. The room service menu was limited but we ordered it a lot because we weren’t comfortable at the buffet setup. We ate at Big Ben restaurant our last night there and I wish we would have at least eaten this twice. The food was 5 star. We also ate at the Japanese restaurant that was pretty good. The lighthouse Italian restaurant was awful. The main buffet was better than this restaurant. We wanted to try the Mexican restaurant but it was closed. If you aren’t big on great food while on vacation and would like a place with tons of kids amenities, this is your place. My two year old and three year old loved it and did not want to go home. My 19 year old nephew traveled with us and loved it as well.

That place needs to be renovated from top to bottom.The food is horrible and you are in a sauna where ever you go no a/c in the elevator or corridors. I do not recommend this hell hole to anyone. They should call themselves seadusty aka seacrust….

Not happy with shuttle service. Was picked up at 7:45 am when my flight was at 2:32 afternoon.

Great service by all staff members, very professional and friendly. Extremely satisfied with resorts amenities and all restaurants.
