I like that Covid-19 protocols were enforced. No one was let in the dining rooms without masks. Mask wearing and hand sanitizer use were enforced throughout the resort. I like that resort Mc didn’t permit anyone without a hotel bracelet to enter the resort. This was reassuring and made us feel safe. Love the beach patrols during the day. Not sure if there were beach patrols at nights. Food and accommodation were excellent. Also liked that the tour could be arranged through the hotel and Covid-19 testing facilities were right on the resort. No payment was expected for these Covid-19 tests. Tests were done free for all returning Americans

The over all hotel was excellent and staff was too. My overall issue was Saturday 07-03-21 at the Guard shack my group said they could of friends just had to put them on the list morning list or night list. They denied one of my friends when they inquiry that night, front desk guy said we had to speak to the manager of security they spoke to him very respectfully but he was a little rude telling us make it quick he’s kind of busy and don’t have time but again it was at night the city close early and from the looks of it he was just standing around with his crew wasn’t nothing going on at all and we found it very rude of him not to give courtesy and respect especially if we are giving him the same. That’s the only issue/complaint we had. Our room numbers #21272 , #11471.

We had really high expectations for this trip, but we were left very underwhelmed. The location is great, and the property itself was nice, but that is about all the "perks" you should plan on. The butler service was pretty much non-existent, the food was sub-par, and the overall feeling was just OK.

I hotel was really nice the staff is awesome and very friendly, the bartender in the swim up bar are on top of it ! Very clean hotel the only down side was the food it was lacking to say the most from the buffet to all the restaurants. I think the food need so much work coming from a Mexican

This was our second time visiting this resort and above all else the staff is amazing, that is what makes this place great. The breakfast crew was especially great, we mostly sat with the same crew because we were treated so well, remembered our drinks and how much we love salsa Thank you Esteban Floriberto, Abraham, Julio, Tomas, Evidal for such great service. The service at the bars was excellent, always had what I wanted and even gave me a home remedy cocktail after having too much lime throughout the day. The only issue we encountered was our room, we were told we were getting a King bed and received two beds. We were offered to change the room to a king bed the next day but we decided to just stay since we had already unpacked and we didn't mind.

Security guard at property as me to suck his dick or touch his body!!!!! I AM INSULTED!! The hotel was nice but employees were rude! Was supposed to be all inclusive but had to pay an additional 315$ for all inclusive! Also the server ask me for a tip i gave him 20 he said i go ger t change never came back

The diamond club isn’t worth the money.

The over all hotel was excellent and staff was too.
