Service at pool and beach is excelent, front desk needs improvemet

The building itself isn’t too bad. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. It’s all inclusive but the food was not the greatest! Also I feel like they would bring out old food from the snack bars that were left overs. The cleaning ladies were nice and on top of it can’t say the same for the rest of the staff, most of them seemed to hate their job. There isn’t much around the hotel within walking distance so not very convenient. They re-use and SEMI RINSE the cups that are used at the bars! I have no problem with re using cups but were still going through a pandemic the least they could do would be to sanitize the cups! And the list goes on, long story short I’m sure there’s better hotels on the strip.

This resort is super old and outdated. Don’t waste your money. Invest in a better resort!

Family friendly hotel. Lots of fun activities for everyone.

Loved the resort! Amazing for kids. Our kids were in heaven between the water slides and the swimmable beach with no waves. We loved it! The food was ok and got old after a few days. If you stay at the Grand you have more options for places to eat, if we come again we would stay there to have more restaurants to eat at. Everything was super clean! Loved the all inclusive package!

Good hotel, family friendly, best price for your money for an all inclusive option.

Family orientated, safe, and fun!! The food was abundant and good.

I loved the property itself. The staff was very friendly and always there for you. The food was not very good but it was decent at the restaurant Sisil’s. The fish tacos and coconut chicken were wonderful. But that was about it. Do not go to the fancy restaurants. The food was terrible.

Everyone was really nice food was great! They are way more sanitized and clean than any place in America for Covid. Felt more safe here as I always do in Cancun everyone speaks good English

It should be known that the Grand Oasis Palm and the Oasis Palm are the same resort. When you search, they come up as 2 different resorts. With the Grand you get different options.....like a refrigerator. When just booking through the Oasis Palm (not the Grand) you don't have a refrigerator in your room, or an ice bucket or any access to ice. So be prepared for not cold water. You also have to pay daily for your safe if you want one in your room, and its a key safe. If you lose the key (which we did) it was another $106 fee , so just be aware of that. Internet is also another daily fee if you need that.

I liked everything except how they shut all restaurants and only kept one open I ate the same food for about 3 days! It got boring quick!

The resort doesn’t have enough activities for adults only. I don’t have kids and there was nothing to do.
