The Ac system was completely down! The staff advised they will have it working again in 2 days and it never got fixed the entire week we were there.

It’s a ok Hotel. Most of the food is terrible. Not to much to choose from. I’ve been stomach sick since Thurday and today it’s Monday. Food/Meats not well cooked or refrigerated. Terrible Elevator service. It’s not the cooks fault but I believe most employees are treated like slaves. Cups taste like soap when they bring you drinks. The way they wash cups is terrible. Waiters, cooks and bartenders are friendly. I believe that all Hotels in Cancun exploit their employees and do not pay them a good decent salary when the Hotel is making millions of dollars a year.

The hotel is gorgeous but our room’s water stopped working and it was so hot and noone came to fix it.

Terrible service, someone steal my sunglasses from my room. Floor was dirty during our stay. They just dress the bed and that’s all.

To start at check in line was about 1 1/2 hour wait and when we came in had to bring in our in bags didn’t get our room till 3 pm after arriving at 10 am . This all inclusive had limits to places and restaurants needed appointments to go that you couldn’t schedule a day before you had to waste time scheduling that and the ones you didn’t had long lines of wait time which hotel was terrible in staffing and the ones there didn’t help especially at the bars had 5 people working but only 1 person preparing drinks which took long. Room fridge had products you could buy because your all inclusive was part of it which was always empty. Bathroom faucet leaked and shower head pressure was terrible.Food was fine but could have been much better like the freshly squeezed organelle juice was watered down

Stayed in Krystal, April 2021. The hotel is not high end, but good. For such a large hotel, there were only 2 receptionists working at all times. When we arrived, we stood in line for over an hour before being checked in. Check in process is very slow. They had receptionists constantly switching, but none would come and help check people in. When our room cards stopped working, I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to get new cards. With our 1 week stay, there was always a line of people. It was never easy access to ask a question or etc. the cafeteria staff are wonderful, hard workers. Bar staff are awesome. Room service/cleaning was good. Food was good, with COVID I’m sure things are different than normally. The beach never got cleaned during our time of stay. There were bottle caps in the sand, seaweed everywhere. We have stayed in hotels that cleaned seaweed every morning, but here they don’t. It’s not pleasant nor visually appealing. They scheduled our COVID test 24 hours prior to flying out and results were back same day at 3pm.

The staff in the new Mediterranean restaurant is very good super nice guys especial Miguel y Cesar very good servers. About my room well looks much better in pictures. I always have to call to the front desk to have clean towels and have to pay extra fees. So the good thing is the location.

The beach zone is the best in Cancun. But i cant belive that i didnt had water! THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE

The staff was very helpful. The concierge was the best. She set up the room for my wife's birthday and it was great

It seemed as if the staff had been trained to help those that did Not pay for all inclusive. I don’t know if it was a tip issue because all-inclusive people have already paid upfront. The drinks are super watered down the food was alright. One night we went to dinner and they staff told my boyfriend that he could not wear sandals to dinner so we had to go back up to the room so he can change his shoes. Then mid way during dinner we see two other guys walk in with sandals. The promoted brunch at a near my restaurant as of It was in the all included deal then when you get to the restaurant, you find out that it’s actually not included in the all inclusive. When we went to the front desk to ask about why it was not brought to the guest attention, nobody had an answer. We went to eat at Las Velas, which is one of the restaurants at the location and they would forget to bring things we ordered so we had to keep asking for what we ordered. And there was never any consistency with food, so if you ordered a salad one night from that same restaurant, two days later it was a different tasting sals with different ingredients hahahahahah. They also promote that they have 24/7 room service but they never answered at 530 am, so you have to send your time calling front desk. Definitely read the fine print before you book and don’t expect to much.

I have to say all experience from the very begging was terrible! First they gave us a cheaper room, not what we paid for. Later changed the room but Gosh that was so bad and dirty, no pressure in the shower, not even one clean towel... food is hew, only pasta.. no avocados or decent veggies, fruits only for breakfast. Bit here is the worst part: they sell you an all inclusive, but!!! Pay $5 for room cleaning AND tips, bottle of water is about $3.50, and $4 room delivery... seriously? If you I would not have experience with all-inclusive I might have eaten that sh... Absolutely awful system with going to restaurant. They ask you room number about 4-5 times, every one is taking your bracelet number and bringing you checks for $0 just to make you tip... feel like a criminal who wants to eat forbidden food.. clearly I had to cancel. And how irritated and annoyed was the lady L when we refused to go for timeshare presentation... she was stalking us trying to change our decision which only irritated us more! Do not recommend if you going there to relax, but if you’re looking for an adventure- that’s a place for you! The only good things are the view and italian restaurant, that’s it! Does not worse money
