Beautiful

The deluxe hotel room I stayed in was a bit outdated and had really dim lighting even with all the lights turned on. Rain leaked through the balcony door, but housekeeping helped by bringing additional towels. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the beach; the food was good as well. The major downfall was my experience booking an excursion at the hotel-- I'd inquired with one representative about booking a tour to Isla Mujeres and when I came back the next day, a different representative advised that the tour wasn't available on the day I wanted due to heavy rain expected-- and so she walked me through tours from another operator; I later realized I should've checked the forecast myself and sought other arrangements. My second choice destination to Chichen Itza was also unavailable due to the rain. I ended up going with an all weather excursion with a different tour operator, that was much farther away and cost more than the Isla Mujeres tour, which was fine, but there was no inclement weather on the day of the tour at all. The length of the tour was also twice as long as what the rep advised, instead of returning to the hotel at 4-5pm we didn't get dropped off until after 9:30. As a guest, you rely on the information provided by the hotel's resources. For the hotel rep to definitively say that no ferries were operating due to the weather was misleading and put a damper on the trip overall-- and was a bizarre way to be upsold on an excursion.

Great hotel with clean and calm beaches.

Highly recommend, great clean hotel, staff are amazing, I always come back here, and the best part, NO SEAWEED!!!!! Cancun area is saturated in seaweed, not here.

I loved everything

They have 2 breakfast areas I paid for a breakfast buffet and they claimed my included rate was for continental and charged me 200$ at checkout I will not stay there again

I love the place, service was amazing!! They truly maintain every spot cleaned. The beach was a salty pool love it!!! The only thing I would recommend is replacing beach chairs, they might get uncomfortable at times. Other than that no complains. We’ll be coming back soon!!!

My family enjoyed the resort very much! It was clean, on the beach and had great food. Breakfast was a bit different everyday. Which it was nice. We never got tired of the food. Staff was amazingly polite and attentive. I already miss their faces(despite mask use lol) from the bellman to front desk and other agents working there. All great awesome people. For sure we’ll go back again. No complaints from us!

located on the best beach in Cancun. Property is kept very clean. They have one good restaurant called Le Cap and the chef is very good. Their other restaurant the Caribenio has some problems. Rooms are very nice waiters are friendly.

Best beach & pools with plenty of room & lounge furniture

Good hotel best beach, I wanted a high floor, but rude checkin did not give us one

Staff was amazing!! I wish they had more options on food for room service . Otherwise everything was amazing .

Great value for the price. Fantastic beach. Service could improve a bit but for the cost it was phenomenal.
