The restaurants are not good, good location and nice beach!!

The service was very bad. I am not recommending anyone to go there. I am understanding you get what you pay for but I think I rather pay a little more to get better service.

There is so much potential for this resort to be great. There’s just a large lack of ease of use for the customer and lack of communication. It took a few days to know what restaurants were open and when. We didn’t have hot water for half of our stay. The power was out for a day (not their fault) but there was no backup power, so many of the restaurants weren’t offering much during these times. We also had a tough time trying to get reservations to the restaurants that required it. We had to change our daily plans around to be available and stand in a 20 minute line to make a reservation, to then only get kicked out, because we didn’t have pants. We packed dress shorts and button down shirts for the tropical vacation. There were a couple restaurants that had some great food. The Whitebox is a must visit… daily!

It was clean, friendly employees, good service, food Beas good at certain dining area, my favorite place for lunch everyday was CoCoa, morning was the Coffee &Me, never happy with the breakfast place, loved the pool, everything else was amazing

Inclusive definitely comes in handy. Lots of restaurants to chose from along with different bars. We loved our suite. It was an amazing first time experience. Will definitely be going back.

GOP has very friendly staff, Cleaning staff very good Welcoming staff good Restaurant staff good Activities staff poor, rude and not welcoming Check in staff very slow Check out staff very good and fast The facility needs lots of reparations: lights not working, beach beds needs some work, bathroom doors needs locks, etc The amenities are limited and the schedule in the app for it does not match. Kayaking is open in the app at 9:00 am but in reality is available at 9:40 am. A la carte restaurants: the app does not mention the specific time and way to make reservations (4:00-5:00pm) neither said that there is limited group of people allowed. The reservation is only in person. Yesterday we arrived to the restaurant to make the reservation at 4:07 pm and all the reservations for the night were taken. We chose GOP because in the past we loved to stay in the Oasis Palm (next to) GOP has menu different options for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Also different bars and snack bars. The best place to have lunch is Las Palmas. We have dinner here twice and both were super great!! Flavor and quality!! La Hacienda and the white box had exactly the same food. No bad but not great. Sugestión for the amenities. Change the place for it. The mariachi night sounds great but lack of place to seat and enjoy of it. And the same with other great activities like live music and comedy. You have the bar open and the presentations are great but lack of place to stay siting.

Lobby has been remodeled rooms are not and the beds pillows and sheets always smelled dirty like used, honey or pee. I wouldn't always get new towels I had to call and ask for shampoo, new pillows, hand soap etc very frustrating and staff never apologized for inconvenience.

Nice beach area , close to a few dive shops and relatively easy to get to Cancun city center .
