Place is very outdated. Staff was incredible rude. Restaurants were awful. Drinks were horrible. Lines everywhere.

Overall grand oasis Cancun is a nice and huge hotel, there is 5 different restaurants you will have variety of food options, very nice pools and beautiful beach areas. To start we weren't to happy about the room we were assigned the building doesn't have elevators from the 1st floor and we didn't have anyone offered to help with the luggage, we got to the elevator and unfortunately someone used it as a bathroom. Finally what disappointing us the most was that we went to customer service to ask about the COVID testing since we got to the hotel since our visit was only 3 nights, unfortunately the schedule was only up to 3:30 pm and he had tours scheduled, the person at the desk informed us that outside of the hotel 2 min walking where is the pharmacy and a souvenir shop we can have the test done as well. Bad luck for us my 7 years old boy tested positive and I went back to customer service because in order to travel back to United States a negative Covid-19 test is required. Sadly they said because I had the test done outside they don't support out quarantine in Cancun. So my best recommendations are just get the test done with the hotel, so you don't get any surprises. We have to stay for 10 more days in Mexico which increases a lot my expenses and many hotels they allow you to stay since you were their guest. They only allow who had the test done within the hotel.

I was assign a room that had no power. Other People where complaining for that issue. A new room was assign to me after I requested it. They knew the problem with those rooms and still assigned and made me wait ...results time lost of my vacation. The new room AC didn’t work.

Love the pools and the food.

I really liked the garden and pool. The rooms need to be updated. We had a lot of noise issues being able to hear everything next door to us. Food needs to be improved. More staff needed at front desk to reduce wait times.

Muy mala experiencia no pierdan su dinero en este lugar las habitaciones tienen goteras la comida es mala y el servicio al cliente es pésimo , permanecí en el lugar por 6 días y todos los días tuve que salir a comer fuera de las instalaciones por que la comida no sirve y no tienen variedad para resumir ese hotel no sirve 👎

From check in to check out was a horrible experience. Customer service was not customer service and the property only cares about their bottom line and that’s getting your money. We was up sold their top of line bracket that should have gotten us top shelf liquor and that was not true at all. We upgraded to a king size bed and they gave us two full-size beds and was told they were sold out and couldn’t accommodate us at all. The TV didn’t work and one of the beds was broken. Every complaint we talked to the staff about was received as they don’t care and come back later. Finally when we had an opportunity to talk with the resort manager, I asked him if he was on vacation and he experienced the same treatment as us what will we do and he didn’t want to give me his personal answer. We were guaranteed a COVID test on-site at the resort and we were told they ran out and we had to travel into the city 30 minutes away. Imagine people that doesn’t speak Spanish and the worries you place on them. We went and paid for a COVID test because the resort turned us away. This was our second time staying at a Grand Oasis resort and I will never stay at any Grand Oasis property ever again. Ruin our vacation once again.

Need to open up more restaurants earlier in the day to accommodate your guess. Because one restaurant with 300 guess do not work out well.

During our stay half the resort was closed down, therefore, half the amenities were available. They dont provide water at the room without additional $10 fee for each replenishment. The staff was very friendly, especially the four ladies at the kiddo zone. Check in takes an hour, even if you are the second person in line.

You are paying for all inclusive however if you are not pyramid their are a lot of restrictions to what you have access too such as food etc. Check-in time is at 3pm and they didn't have our room ready until 4pm. They are unapologetic and unprofessional.

I have been trying to cancel my hotel stay because of covid exposure for the last 2 weeks. There is no one in the hotel to contact. It’s been a horror show.

The property has clean and wonderful place to relax. We had such a great time and will be visiting again in 3 weeks.

Ok so where to start... The hotel is big and pretty but the food was terrible you have to make a reservation in a specific time so you can eat at the "best" restaurants but reservations are limited, so we could never eat better food than the buffet. My family and I felt like begging for food all the time. You have to get up early for breakfast or you run out of breakfast and if you arrive after 10 am there are almost no things and instead of preparing more or supplying more food they tell you "I'm sorry we don't have any more". The elevators are old and super slow. I mean is not a bad hotel but I wouldn’t return.
