Very nice and clean all inclusive resort with staff that go over the top to make your stay memorable. The staff takes covid protocol safety measures seriously, making it very clear that your health and safety our they're #1 priority. If I had to make a gripe about the resort, it'd be about the abundance of sea weed that rolls up on the beach and that's not the fault of the resort or staff - it something that comes with the location and time of year you visit.

This place was gorgeous!!! We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was accommodating and food was wonderful! The hotel is kept very clean and cool.

All day trying to connect

Un hotel bonito pero en realidad mi cuarto súper pequeño vista al mar pero era una ventana súper chiquita LOL bonito hotel todo el show teníamos que ir al hotel hermano del lado mi poca experiencias en all inclusive este si me sorprendió le dedican toda la atención. Al hotel del lado pero no quiere decir que es malo simplemente está ok

The overall experience at this hotel was excellent, the food is good, amenities and service, however not all the staff was nice, some were rude especially at the restaurant. The hotel looks old so the rooms and the beds a little small. Always take care of your belongings because if you left something by the pool area probably you won’t see it again. We lost hats, sandals and a floating .

Avoid at all costs. Food was terrible, no flavor and drinks were watered down. Everything closes at 11pm including bar and there is no entertainment what’s so ever. Most restaurants were booked and had a certain “dress code” that only applied to certain people. If you’re looking for an adult vacation this is not the place for you. Felt like I was at a senior citizen home. I mean they were playing bingo by the pool side and no music. A lot of older people and kids stayed here. Luckily we had the next hotel over that had more entertainment and fun there. Melissa which is one of the excursion people who scammed us as well. Don’t waste your money or time. Felt very bored on this trip. Oh and room service is only about 3 options which is disgusting and you have a hard time reaching them bevies they don’t pick up the phone and when I did order, half my order never came. The guy said he was going to come back and never did. Unfortunately We won’t be going back.

I loved everything about this hotel. The services, the room, the food, the arquitectura, the employees. A mi me encantó todo del hotel, la arquitectura me fascino. Tienen servicio al cuarto y eso es un 100, tienen jacuzzi, otro 100. Puedes usar las facilidades de los 2 hoteles ese y el de al lado, otro 100. Lo único que el royal solaris(el de al lado) necesita hacer algunas reparaciones en su estructura. Pero de lo demás encantada, la limpieza al cuarto un 100 y las excursiones que ofrecen son un exito.

It was clean, but alot of things did not work.

Amazing services.

This was my partner and I’s first all inclusive resort. We did not know what to expect, but the 4 days we were there it was perfect. Love that this resort shares with their sister resort. Breakfast is the buffet. There’s a pizza bar, sushi bar, and snack bar during the afternoon. There’s a few restaurants to pick from for dinner. We thought that the dinner buffet would be repetitive, but surprisingly they changed it up everyday. Room service was perfect for when we didn’t want to leave the room. Room cleaning is also done daily. The only issue I had with the room was that it was very dim/dark. The lighting was not good. We had a car and parking was free. Hotel takes covid 19 serious, they disinfect you every time you walk back into the hotel. There’s a convenience store right across the street for your snacks, medicine, or toiletries needs. I’d definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Honestly I was not expecting much, I came here with low expectations. But let me tell you, the food particularly was outstanding especially for an all inclusive hotel. the food at Bogavante. And the waiters were so nice, especially Ricky Gil, truly made our stay special. And I have to mention Chef Oscar who even came out to meet us after making us the best lunch we had the whole trip. The hotel itself is a little dated, the rooms were nice but small. Our biggest issue was with the front desk and the Covid testing.

Our first night staying there they gave us a room with what had like a gazebo attached to it Zibo was missing. I woke up about 5:30 AM to bed bugs in my bed. I spoke to the staff and they acted like it was no big deal we were there with five other couples so we didn’t wanna raise a huge stink but we thought we would get some kind of reimbursement or results and we didn’t. They did move us to another room which we thoroughly checked but as you can imagine every evening from then on we were restless. I have tried to contact Orbitz with no results. Our trip was in February we’re out in April.

The place was beautiful. They have a great selection of food, drinks, and pools. They have adults only areas and family jacuzzies. Perfect spot to relax and forget the real world.

We just got back yesterday from Cancun. I loved the hotel. We stayed in the GR caribe. It was a smaller and quieter. We were able to use the hotel next door for the pool and restaurants. Royal Solaris was busier in the sense of more people. If you want to enjoy your stay away from the crowds then stay in GR Caribe. We loved all the restaurants Veneto, Rosemarinos, Bogavante, and Marco Polo. The food was amazing in all the restaurants my ultimate favorite was Bogavante. They served fresh seafood and it was ocean view. Also make sure to go across the street of the Royal Solaris to do kayaking, sailing, and paddle boarding. It’s all included in the all inclusive. Ask for Roger he was awesome.

Costumer service. Unable to solve problems. Just horrible would not get some one to help supervisor never even addressed the issue

I liked the fact that you could use any of the two sister hotel and their facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

They stay was just okay. The pictures online look way better than what you actually get while you are there.

I liked almost everything, from the amazing ocean view from our room (we received one with a balcony at 7th floor) to the kindness of the Reception guys (especially Juan who was verry well trained) and the kindness of all other waiters and stewards and porters. The night shows at the Thater were amazing, maybe one of the best in Cancun. Every night a different show and every night the dancers and singers (but mostly the dancers) were just amazing us with their beautiful performances. If there was one thing we didnt like was the fact that you can hear through the connected door between rooms the conversations from the other room if they talk a little louder. The same applies to the entry door, is just not sound proof enough. Everything else just amazing for the discounted price paid!
