We were not overly pleased with this resort. It was clean for the most part but needs updating for sure. We paid for an ocean view and could barely see the ocean. The elevator was not working half of our trip and we were on the 4th floor, we ordered room service one night that never came, and my boyfriend was turned away from the (casual) breakfast buffet for wearing a tank top. The food was terrible. One night we went to shower and they took our dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones and waited forever for them to bring new ones. Overall I would not recommend this resort.

The hotel was super nice, the food and the restaurants were great. I was highly disappointed in the entertainment part of the resort. I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Mexico, this by far was the worst for the daily activities. They played smooth jazz by the pools all day. The “ fun bunch” entertainment staff was non existent. They played “ party music” from 3:00-3:50. I fell asleep by the pool. This was a family friendly resort but to not entertain the other crowds, highly disappointed. The staff was great. The beach was gross bc of the seaweed but no fault of the resort. My room was nice and clean. The evening shows were entertaining. Just annoyed by the lack of enthusiasm and entertainment during the day

The staff was so friendly and kind. The entertainment was fun. The preferred pool was just right for us and Daniel does a great job with pool service Only dislike was the amount of large groups but it was one reason I was glad to have booked preferred

The hotel and pool were very nice. Everything was very clean. The A/C in the rooms did not work well at night. The fan would blow but the room would get warm and uncomfortable for sleep. The WiFi was not good. The food was sometimes good and sometimes not good. Very small portions at the restaurants, hospital quality food at the buffet.

I love the staff here at this resort, they are helpful, friendly and want to make sure you enjoy your vacation

When we got to the hotel they told me they did not have any rooms available, that they overbooked and we had to go to another hotel! We were there for only 2 night for my best friends wedding so we refused to go to a different hotel and after arguing with them for a half hour they told us go get a drink and they’ll see what they can do. After waiting 20 minutes to get a drink at the under staffed bar they told us they have a room available. The hotel is nice but the food sucks and the bars are extremely understaffed! Never again!

The adult pool is very relaxing. My only recommendation for Now Jade is play music at the pool or have some kind of entertainment at the adult pool.

Check in was fast. The property is a little small for my taste. The restaurants were the best, the buffet not so much, same food everyday except for a few things but very repetitive when it came to the foods. The pool was nice. The beach, there is not much of it, very small. The resort does not have enough chairs. Luckily I woke up every morning around 6 and went straight to the pool to get some chairs. If you go after 8 good luck finding chairs. Even when I showed up at 6 there were chairs already taken. Overall I was happy with the resort, would I go back probably not.
