Horrible.. dirty, smells like mold ... no internet, no TV has been working there for a long time and they don't care... No transport to from hotel, another lie..

There was ni WIFI, No cable TV, and they did not provivide the promised the free airport transfer. The room had a bad odor and they wanted to double charge a fee. When I showed them the site for the free shuttle and the double charge they played dumb and kept reapeting that that is their policy. They are croocks and Orbitz facilitates their criminal activity.

No transportation back to hotel as stated in description, Wifi was down the entire evening and next morning.

There is no shuttle bus from the airport it’s a scam. Don’t take a taxi from this hotel anywhere and use Uber. They will tell you Uber is illegal and to go through them but it’s a lie

Not Good. Phone calls not answer airport shuttle never show up. Hotel poor conditions. It was a bit to old.

There was no real hot water, the TV didn't work, there was a lot of noise during the night and early morning, there was no coffee or tea, I had to ask for water, breakfast (lunchbox) was not good. Overall experience was very disapointing for the price paid. They failed on all the little things.

This place advertises free transportation to the airport, but then when you arrive they say that it's only free TO the hotel (who goes to Cancun to stay at the hotel nearest the airport?). THEN they charge you over $20 (USD) for a 3 minute drive to the airport. I can't imagine how they can justify $20 for a 3 minute drive, but they know you're trapped so they can do it.

They claim there is free airport shuttle but it only runs certain hours and only from the airport. To get back to airport you have to take the very expensive taxi that stays at the hotel 24/7. Scam! No pool. Tried to Uber and hotel staff ran them off.

everything was fine, the property is very clean, the only thing was that I’m their website they mentioned they provide shuttle service to the airport and this was the main reason I chose this hotel and they don’t provide any only if you are coming from the airport... this made me mad because I didn’t have the transportation in my budget :( they should explain that is only from the airport to the hotel

Close enough to the airport and has a shuttle. Takes several days to get this arranged though, and the man if you call to tell him you are at the airport is exceedingly rude.

I was there for a day there and I had nice time. Decent accommodation....cooperative staff.... complimentary breakfast....mmennities could have been better including a place to seat at reception...all in all value for money. Thanks.

The shower was very weak. Not hot enoght and not strong enough.

The hotel is outdated shows it’s age, uncomfortable beds! No airport return service. We w Most likely won’t stay again and won’t recommend it.

The only thing is the towels needs to be update. The shower have a funny smell.. like humidity but strong ***the food in the restaurant is delicious 😋
