Great facility, check in was easy,quick with friendly staff. They do not have free breakfast which was a downside but otherwise it's a very good facility with great price.

We had issues as soon as we walked in the room. The tub was not properly turned off and the nozzles wouldn’t move. Tried to contact the front desk via the room phone but that wouldn’t work. Had to go to the front desk to get maintenance to come fix it. The guy came and at first told me that he couldn’t fix it until everyone checked out. But then he said oh it stopped. When my daughter tried to take a shower that night only the hot water was working. Mind you both of the nozzles indicated hot. Had to get the maintenance guy to come back to fix that. And during the whole stay the toilet would make a running sound approximately every 30 seconds. We could hear when the next room was taking a shower and what they were watching on tv. The price was horrible and we were part of a dance group. Will never stay there again. Wish I could get my money back.

The shower didn't work, the water was running continually, bedding was torn and stained, chairs were worn. Property clearly lacking in upkeep and proper maintenance.

This Radisson location was very disappointing, I am familar with their hotels and establishments and have stayed at quite a few. The overall establishment was dirty and rundown, in definite need of a major facelift and renovation. Upon check in I had to change my room 3 times. When traveling with 2 young children that's not ideal. 1st room heavily smelled of smoke , despite it being a "non smoking" facility. 2nd room was absolutely filthy, lower grade than the orginal room I booked. 3rd room was tolerable with a broken telephone ( bare minimum essential ), broken handle on mini fridge, broken tv remote, was supposed to have air number mattress. Only one remote for one bed was there. Communicating with the front desk was insane- way too nonchalant and no one seemed as though they really cared about the guest. Customer service severely lacking. Even upon checkout, I wasnt asked about how my stay was, just given a receipt and take care. I will never return to this location and I encourage everyone else to stay away.

It was very convenient for our visit to Harrisburg and easy to locate.

We enjoyed the pool and that the towels were out next to it and available. The beds were sleep number and that was nice.

the room is arranged in very conformable. It provided the slippers and free parking.

Perfect location away from main road for quiet, but close to everything for convenience.

our flight was delayed so we didn't get to the hotel until 2 AM. They did not have a room for us and would not look to see if any were available. We had to drive around and look for a motel to check into. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Terrible experience

The hotel overall was in a rundown condition. The rooms need to be remolded. They are falling apart. Wallpaper coming off. Sad attempts to repair.....TV was broken, carpet torn and ragged, etc

Nice hotel, but disappointed that there is no breakfast offered. Restaurant on premises is ok but expensive. Overall not bad
