Lugging my bag up a flight of stairs, no elevator?

Friendly staff. Clean room. A/C not working well.

Room was very clean and I like the access to to the lakes being close. The only thing I thought the breakfast was a little weak as in food selection. But overall very nice hotel would recommend to others.

All i would ask, and this is for ALL hotels because many seem to do this; i suggest NOT making a courtesy call to the room shortly after check in. It always seems to come when i am in the bathroom or jusy getting relaxed or falling asleep. It is almost always a rude interruption and the exact opposite of the intended affect.

The heated pool was nice, very warm. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

The water was very difficult to regulate in our room. The water would go from hot to cold sporadically.

We were in town for a wedding. It was clean, convenient, quiet, and provided a crib for the baby. We enjoyed it.

They couldn't find my reservation which I had made and paid for in Feb. It took an hour to finally get taken care of. They left off the first half of my last name and told me I had to pay again in order to get the room for two nights. I don't know if this is Orbitzs mistake or Days Inn. I lost an hour of my vacation time outdoors and needless to say was very upsetting and frustrating. After many calls to Orbitz with no solution the manager came in and finally found my reservation. Not a very good way to start what was intended to be a relaxing weekend away!

My GF and I stayed over night for a night of loving it was great. The breakfast needs to improve.

Checked in after spending the day for family funeral, I finally get back to hotel unpack & get ready for bed. Turn the sheets down & there is a stain - small just larger than a quarter & appears to be blood. Of course I found the idea disgusting & go the switch sheets with the other bed, except I find the stain goes thru to the mattress pad. I rip them all off & use other bed which I throughly check to make sure they were clean sheets. I complained to front desk & ask for general manager.... Did not even get an apology from them!

Days Inn was very accommodating for our overnight stay. We were there for a sporting event and didn't want to drive the 3 hours back home that night. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was pleasant. Price was reasonable and in line with other hotels in the area.

My son and enjoy being in Cadillac!! It is centrally located to Manistee and Lake City which we enjoy very much. I think that some of the staff members could have been a little more friendly than they were. But it was a great stay!! We stayed here last year as well. We went to a place for dinner called The Timbers and absolutely loved it, there is also a place called 13th street store ,the serve food as well which is great!! Already making plans for next year!!

The handicap room did not meet our expectations of what a handicap room should be, Toilet was too low, bars by tub way too low. The bathtub was not accessible!,due to the fact that there are no bars to hold onto while getting in the tub. While trying to wash his hair over the tub my husband fell and we had to have a relative come and help him up. We were going to stay in Cadillac for the day but left for back home after my husbands fall and having such a difficult time getting around! Great place if you don't need a handicap room.

This was a great find. Nicer than I expected. Breakfast was very basic but that was fine. Just needed to break my drive up. I'd definitely stay there again. The map to hotel via the booking confirmation was incorrect but I called and got directions.

Desk clerk was very nice & even though there a problem (not with my room) it was cleared up right away. Room clean, parking outside my room. Would stay there again.

Not the best value but choice is limited in area , breakfast was decent though and it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi

Hotel is clean and well kept. The pool is nice. Rooms are average, not great, but very adequate. Part of the 2nd story is in the process of remodeling. The location is excellent with food and entertainment nearby.

Did not know there was no elevator at the time of the reservation. Had elderly parents with me that could not use stairs to the rooms on the second floor. Days Inn changed the second floor room to a main floor room. We could not be more thankful. The only downfall was little tiny nats flying around the window and lights.

Sir: I do apologize. We try to make sure that all rooms are cleaned completely. I will have a talk with the Housekeeping Supervisor, and she will talk with the housekeeper who did the room. I have no excuse for the breakfast. Please if you stay again, if the breakfast needs stocked, please advise the Front Desk and we will take care of it. hotel was nice,but check in terrible experience!
