I loved yhe price and I liked the location. Its really close to the expressways and to the airport

Nothing is different except the name and the rooms were terrible and now theres a security deposit required that i had no idea about

THE ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK. I HAD RESERVED A ROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. WHAT I GOT WAS A DBL BED AND A PULL OUT SOFA. THE SOFA'S SHEETS HAD STAINS ON THEM. THE BED WAS ALSO FILLED WITH CRUMBS AND OTHER STUFF.

Overall property condition is run down. There were no lights on in the parking lot. Wasn’t sure if the hotel was even open. The air-conditioning unit was powered by an extension cord that ran through the entire room into the bathroom.

Need more ice machines and maybe a small weekend menu that guest can order from during they stay

The room was really terrific - large, clean, and bright. The whole property was very bright and open. My best travel experience in a while. My only complaint was the breakfast, which was a little sparse. I would have liked more warm food options. But that's a minor complaint.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. My room was clean and I liked having a sofa, microwave often, in-room safe, & refrigerator. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Housekeeping was both friendly and helpful. Hotel “store” needed replenishing. The landscaping was attractive with beautiful flowers, but litter on the grass, overflowing trash can by the side door & a container of cigarette butts spoiled the effect. On day 2, the trash can was empty and cigarette butts were gone, but litter on the lawn remained. EXIT DOOR by the ice machine (closest to my room) would NOT OPEN from the inside - a safety hazard. I reported it to front desk & it was repaired. This door also did not allow entry from the outside. Staff said they were aware that the room keys would not unlock the door. Breakfast offerings were disappointing (except for waffle maker), the coffee was bland (room brewed coffee significantly better). Poor signage on Dick Road making it difficult to find the driveway to hotel even during the day. A lighted sign is needed , especially at night.

The property was fairly clean. Rooms were clean. The outside was a little rough looking.

I never write reviews, but I felt a duty to inform anyone who relies on reviews to stay away from this hotel. Hotel is an embarrassment for the comfort suites chain. Needs a major update or tear down! Owner is too cheap to hire adeqaute staff. Shuttle driver is the cook and also the security. Some Front desk agents also drive the shuttle. Bathtub dirty, linen stained. Old, stained carpet. One housekeeper quit or was fired during my stay after she have them a piece of her mind. Pool has particles in it. Upon checking out, I reserved a shuttle. However, I was rushed out 30 minutes early because they said they were not sure when the next shuttle out would be. Well, why did they ask me what time I wanted a shuttle? It was an inconvenience because I was in the middle of a transaction online. They advertise 24 hour airport shuttle! Needless to say, I won't return!

We went to the hotel to use the pool. It was so dirty you could not see your feet. It smelled like a pond. I asked where to get ice & was told the machine was broken, the next day my husband went up stairs & found a working one! The bathtub had a lot of hair in it, dirty floor in bathroom. Coffee maker looked like someone put coffee or hot chocolate where water goes. Staff was not very friendly except one girl in the morning at breakfast which was out of everything. Very bad experience.

Good hotel for stay, comfortable rooms and gud breakfast

We will be back for sure. Excellent staff. Nice rooms. Easy access to airport to and from. And a wonderful little breakfast set up. The Datema Family.

Our experience did not measure up to what we expect from the Comfort Suites brand. The clean and airy lobby contrasted starkly with the many stained carpets and upholstery in the halls and in our room. The carpet in our room was filthy around the baseboards (consider using a crevice tool). The shower had been cleaned but still had hair from previous occupants up at eye level around the surround. The toilet had an unfortunate amount of residue from previous occupants between the lid and the tank. To me, this reflects inadequate training and a do-as-little-as-possible attitude. In the morning, the breakfast staff were restocking forks that did not need restocking while the scrambled egg entree warmer was empty -- at seven o'clock. We were told that replacement eggs were "in the oven" but no eggs had appeared by 7:30. The hotel certainly knew how many guests it would have -- including a tour group -- the night before, but was ill-prepared for the morning breakfast service. On the plus side, the room was of generous size, and the location is very close to the airport. Overall, though, our experience was grim and will not be repeated.
