The swimming pool was nice.

The gentleman who checked us in was great

We could clearly tell that our room had been a SMOKING room.

I traveled with a friend for a workshop at the Jekyll island Convention center. I have special diet restrictions so i packed my food for the trip and used the fridge and the microwave. The fridge was just thecright size for us. We enjoyed the outdoors pool one evening. It's older, and was busy but everything was clean. The drive to the convention center is about 25 minutes. This motel made it possible for us to attend and event we would otherwise not been able to afford. It was a great deal for us.

Quick stop for the night-comfortable bed. Great location (Starbucks on the corner and lots of food options)

The room was nice and clean but the hallways and terraces were very dirty and unkept.

Definitely outdated and i questioned the cleanliness at first. But it was an ok stay for a quick trip.

There was a roach in the bathroom. Yuck. The place seems to be falling apart a bit too.

The employee who checked us in was good. The room smelled HORRIBLE and the tub filled with water while showering. We checked in super late (0130). Neither of us had energy to request a room change. Thankfully I had a Scentsy go I put in our room to help cover the odor. The employee at check out was ok. I did try to let her know about the room issues. All in all it was a place to get a few hours sleep and they were pet friendly. They do charge a fee for each pet that I was unaware of. Over all its safe to say we won’t stay there again.

It was absolutely the worst motel ive ever stayed in. First, i walk in and there's 2 decent sized shards of glass on the bed. Along with little specs of dirty or something. The lamp on the desk had blown bulbs. Tried to call the office to let them know and come to find out that the phone doesn't even work! Got in touch with the front desk from my cell phone and they sent the maintenance man, he replaced the light bulbs but told me "i cant do anything about the beds.. we have no housekeepers and theres no other rooms available for you to switch to." I called the front desk again and complained, and was told they have no vacancy, so if its that bad, that i was more than welcome to 'just leave' " . The staff was out of this world RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Ended up just staying anyway because i was overly exhausted from driving straight through from Kentucky. A 9.5 hour drive. When i woke up Sunday morning, i was walking to the beach and found A ROACH just roaming around the bathroom door! I got pictures of all this! The glass on the bed, the dirt on the bed, the blown light on the desk, & the roaches!

Room was EXTREMELY dirty. My socks were black from the floor, the sheets had stains on them, the bathroom had black footprints on the floor. Absolutely not worth $100 a night!

Staff was slow at check in. Bathroom smelled musty. Room was clean. Basic hotel, nothing more nothing less.

Ok experience, would have liked to more attention to detail on workmanship in our room, 125 was the room number

Last second trip for a funeral but the hotel served its purpose. It was cheap, close to where we needed to go and offered hot breakfast.

We switched from another brand hotel due to this one being a little less expensive and had a nice looking pool with lounge chairs (the one we moved from did not have lounge chairs). It was also less expensive. The room was "okay"; nothing to get excited about. The pool was okay but cool. There were 3 kids from the neighborhood who came to the pool; didn't look like they were staying at the hotel. Staff were painting stairwells, so several were roped off and had to go out of the way to get to our room. Front desk staff should have been aware of this and not put people in those rooms. Breakfast was okay, nothing great.

Needs an update all around. Bed was uncomfortable. The desk person was nice and helpful.

We read bad reports on the reviews but we found it really good. For the price, you can't go wrong. Everything was great, including the breakfast. What more could you want for that price. The staff were great and very helpful.
