For 300 a night you'd think the shower wouldn't have mold in every corner and 3 calls over several hours could get towels

Our condo had no hot water. We had to go to a condo across the hall to take a shower. We were told that the water heater was in the room next door and they would get it fixed. The next morning we all took cold showers because the issue wasn’t fixed. I mentioned this upon check out and the staff didn’t seem to care.

They said we had a balcony with a view of the landing . We had a balcony with a view of the roof top air conditioning units . Very disappointing. The hallway was dirty and needed vacuumed.

The Hotel was located right on the landing, very convenient to stores. We did not like the self parking fee of $13.00 a night.

- Drop off area is a little small for busy times and unless you elect to pay for valet parking you must walk outside to get to the garage. + Location is great. Room was good and clean.

Housekeeping was non-existent during our stay. One day we had do not disturb out, one day they showed at 6pm and 6:30 pm and were told to come back which they said they would and never did. The last day they never showed. Not acceptable! At check in we were told we would be close to our our other room and they would call us when it was ready. They never called and our room was on the same floor but is a completely different building... not really close. The staff needs some major work. The room and hotel were great and deserve a staff that matches.
