carpet looks very old and aged property

Jetted tub room was nice. Not super updated but clean. Only 32inch tv though which I think is too small for the times.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Told the front desk, they sent someone up to spray, it didnt help. All front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, no restricted hours on the pool and hot tub which was a plus for us.

Enjoyable stay. Disappointed hottub not operational.

Was a very nice hotel. Would stay again. Clean, friendly staff, convenient location

hot tub didnt work properly bottom of the pool was really rough, husband got a small cut from it and water was cold. we are local and looked forward to a nice relaxing time, that didnt happen.

Very nice hotel and close to everything.u can see aquarium from the room we were in

The property was really nice and the staff was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question of the area. Didn’t have a hotel restaurant or bar. But I would definitely book there again.

We stayed their for the hot breakfast but they did not have it. Iwe would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known.

We booked on Orbitz and the description said a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, mountain view. We got a room with 2 double beds and a view of the parking lot. I should have asked to switch because it turns out me and my husband don't fit well in a double bed. The room was a little cramped feeling but the hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There's a game room but you have to have quarters. I wasn't planning on using the fitness equipment but it was a small room with unimpressive equipment.

Due to Coronavirus, a lot of things were not available. The to go breakfast box was nice but still no substitute for a hot breakfast. Pool was open but the bar was not. Rooms were clean and nice. The front desk people were very nice and friendly.

We had high hopes, but were very disappointed. There was a confusion about our family suite reservation when we arrived late Friday night on a holiday weekend, but the staff corrected it, finding us two rooms. The rooms, however, were mildewy. Our daughters' room smelled very bad of mildew and our room was damp everywhere: carpet, surfaces, even the bedding (though sparkling white) felt damp. The hotel had been closed for multiple weeks early in the COVID mess. Was the mustiness from that, or maybe from spraying of disinfectant/cleansers? Whatever the reason, it was unpleasant. We decided to stay the night and went down to the pool. Another big disappointment. The pool was tiny and freezing cold. With the holiday crowd of guests, the pool room was full and noisy, adults around the poolside and a few brave kids splashing in the cold water. The hot tub was full of people and water splashed all over the floor. The noise and messiness were due to the large number of people in the room, but the temperature of the water and size of the pool were not what we expected from a nice hotel. Next morning we woke up with the rooms still feeling damp and musty; checked out and went to a different hotel. One other item--if there are any persons in your party who have difficulty walking, be sure to park on the uphill side of the property. The back entrance s steeply terraced and there are multiple levels of parking, with stairs between levels.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your visit. Our hot tub does work, the jets will not bubble like a jacuzzi. It is meant to circulate the water.
