Double queen room has lots of space, I just wish some of that area was allocated to the bathroom as it was rather small. The hotel is nice enough, just nothing fancy and felt a bit dated. The water temperature of the shower constantly fluctuated. For the price paid for a single night ($250!) it felt very disappointing.

No a/c, our “view” was facing a gigantic pile of old tires, my husband had to get a plunger then drano from staff to fix the bathroom sink that they couldn’t get to until the next day. It was completely clogged. For $300/night I expect a lot better.

The staff persons at the reception desk, both at check in and check out (two different people), were the most unfriendly I have encountered in all my years of travel. No one was at the desk when we arrived, but there was a sign saying to press a certain button because no one was available. The woman came out without a smile and looked very bored and irritated that we had disrupted her. We signed in. We parked the car in the garage for which we needed a code to get in, but for which we manually had to get out a press a button to leave because there was a sign saying the sensor was broken. The sign looked like it had been there a long time. In the room, the toilet bowl had a lot of black mold. I have never seen a toilet in this condition no matter where I have stayed. Usually on check-out, the reception person will ask if everything was ok. This person did not ask, so I mentioned on my own about the mold. She casually said she knows and that all the toilets have it because it is unable to be removed. I told her I had easily wiped some of it off with a tissue. She rudely turned her back on me and told me to have a nice day as she retreated back into her office. This place also has free breakfast, but all it had were microwavable breakfast burritos (which I knew from previous experience at another motel are not good at all) and tiny containers of Trix (like the cereal brand) yogurt. The coffee was ok. I would not stay here again.

I was very pleased with hotel, especially for the price I paid. It had a rustic feel and very clean. The lady checking me in, after midnight, was very cheerful.

Hair in the bathroom in the floor, wall and towel. Dirty mirror. Breakfast was disgusting.

The rooms were not very clean and the bed that I slept in had a large hole in the mattress that was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and there was dried dirt in the corner of our room. It was also freezing in the room. The "heater" was below bed level and only went on for 15 seconds (I counted!) at a time and went off every 30-45 minutes. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Unhappy that I could’ve $20 less had I waited to pay at check in! I feel orbitz owes me $20 due to your b st rate guarantee policy

Nice place. Easy to find. Reasonable. Staff was friendly. Good mornong breakfast.

Nice place to stop for the night, the staff provided a friendly atmosphere.
