To begin with, the property advertises twice weekly cleaning, but only came and vacuumed our room twice during a 12 night stay when we asked them to. There was only one working washer for 150 rooms. The hotel stunk of marijuana and smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. When we complained to management, they said they needed to catch the people doing it but we never saw them attempting to find anyone. The window screens in the room were unsafe as they were bent out. You had to go to the front desk to get new towels, trash bags, dishwasher packets, etc. since cleaning wasn’t done regularly. The parking area and hotel seemed a little unsafe and there was an unusual police presence. I expected more from a Marriott and will not be staying at this hotel again!

Orbitz tried to charge for this hotel that I had canceled back in May 2021 through the online account and they make it hard to get in contact with someone. I called the hotel to let them know the issue and that I am not even staying at that location. But they said there was nothing they could do and I would need to contact Orbitz. So I contacted my credit card company to let them know that this was an unauthorized transaction as it was previously canceled. I will never use Orbitz.com again as there website should be able correctly know when someone has canceled their reservations. Be aware.

OK place and location

When I checked in the first night, the lady who checked me in was so nice and professional. She explained about everything; towels, parking, where the room was, etc. She asked me what was bringing us to Colorado and actually listened and cared to my answer. Also, the room was so cool! We got a 2 bedroom suite this time- so worth it! Everyone had their own space. The car was parked right outside the window (for free), the tv had youtube on it, we had a full fridge full of waters and we got snacks and had a full kitchen. The bathroom and shower was nice as well. We had a great time and actually miss the hotel room.

I really wanted to love the hotel and my experience. I was excited to find a 2 bedroom situation for the price in a great location. I was there 8 days which is a pretty lengthy hotel stay by my standards. First off, I explained that I was a very light sleeper and asked for the quietest room possible. Unfortunately, I got just the opposite: My bedroom was on the other side of the main door to the building and I could hear it EVERY time someone let the door slam. All hours of the day and night. Not so great for peace and quiet. My other main complaint was that, being there for over a week I thought I would at least be able to get my room cleaned up once; nope. I requested my room to be cleaned on days I was out TWICE and both times it remained completely untouched. I wasn't expecting daily service (although Orbitz does make it seem like that is the case) but it seems unacceptable to me to go so long without any service at all. On top of all that, my room wasn't cleaned very well to begin with from the start. There was some sort of gunk all over the lounge chair I noticed right as I came in and some leftover food crumbs in the main (looked like peanuts) "living room" I was surprised got missed. That being said, I appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff, especially Tessa who had helped with other issues and my check in efficiently.

This hotel was very disappointing. The main issues were the upkeep and cleanliness. The doors leading into the hotel were filthy, carpets are stained and give off a variety of outdoors depending on the color of the stain, there are holes in the walls and doors (both inside and outside of the rooms) , the appliances in the room looked and smelled like they just came from the dump, paint peeling everywhere, the walls and ceilings are paper thin so we were kept up all night by what we assume were a family of long term guests and their kids running around and banging on things until 2am, there were trash bags with dirty diapers left out in the hallway the whole time we were there which made the smells even worse, and the elevators didn't work.... I read other reviews about the sketchy atmosphere and thought they might be exaggerating. They weren't. People are milling around all hours of the night, especially in the parking lot where random people hang out in parked cars in the shadows watching everyone and waiting for someone to bring them "something". Another's review about drug deals in the parking lot seems legit. Lots of people looking into car windows. Broomfield PD cruised the parking lot quite a bit, for what it's worth.

It was very welcoming and had everything we need for our little getaway!

It was really good! Good service! Everything was clean, good

I was very disappointed by my stay at this property. The place was packed with some very rough looking individuals. We witnessed drug deals, people working on their cars all over the parking lot, crowds of smokers right outside the doors, nobody wore the required masks inside the property. We could smell pot smoking inside rooms. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

This property is in dire need of an update. Floor in the bathroom had water damage and was coming up. The furnishings are odd and dated looking. Everything in the kitchen was the cheapest that could be purchased. Our air conditioner caused the breaker to pop daily. We had to open the electrical panel in the room to reset breaker. Upon trying to open the window for air. The windows are so old and sun rotted, they started to break apart with most of the locks already broken. For the price it was pretty bad.

Front desk was empty, no one to check us in for over a half an hour. When we finally had someone to help us, they just gave us a room card with no apologies or explanations. When we went to the room one of the beds looked like someone walked on it after mowing the lawn, it had dirt and grass all over it. Horrible service and hotel in a great location, such a shame.

Room was as expected. Room was spacious and the kitchen was a nice amenity. The railing on the pool above the steps was disconnected at the top so that was unsafe for people using it to get out of the pool.

This hotel is nice overall. It's in a great location just minutes from a ton of restaurants, 15 minutes from Boulder, and about an hour from the Estes Park and Wild Basin entrances Rocky Mountain National Park. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was great for heating up leftovers from restaurants. The only negatives I have are: (a) the coffee maker in our room was not clean.. when I opened it up there was residue all inside of the water basin and in the container that holds the filter, and it smelled pretty bad. The lid of the coffee pot was also broken and fell off the pot when I picked it up. (b) Two of the mugs in the kitchenette had brown stains on them. Not sure if they were caked on coffee stains or not but they just didn't look clean. Lastly, (c) the bed sheets looked clean and fresh but had a black "X" on them from what looked like a Sharpie marker. I've never seen that and it just looked off. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, well-located and among the better rates in the area. I would stay here again since none of the "negatives" were really deal-breakers.

Great location, near Flatiron Mall area with movie theatre, huge indoor mall, lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast provided by TownePlace had good variety of choices. Mini-kitchen in room was immaculate and handy. Towneplace only offers queen beds, no kings. Easy parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Colorado. Great price, great service, and close to everything. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Definitely an o.k. experience for a family visit. We timed it well that although the pool is very small/outside (not heated), it was a fun time for us and our grandchildren on hot days. Just need to get to the pool when it gets warm enough but before others want space. The breakfast in particular was below the mark, so maybe they should decide to describe it some other way than a full breakfast. There seemed to be every effort not to put out food so it was available. Much time each morning waiting for food to finish cooking/heating. Or just not available at all. Minimum choices if you wanted something besides cereal. Recommend to friend but with full explanation.
