Location was convenient to both Boulder and Estes Park.

Clean lodging for our overnight before a day at RMNP, would prefer if there are more lighting in the parking area or the street turning into the property. Guest should be aware that there is no cellular signal at the property but wifi is available. Overall would stay again

We stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchenette and it had everything we needed. Everything was clean and fresh smelling! There were a couple spiders but that was to be expected with the location. Over all I would stay there again, def in a cabin next time 🙂

Water went off during the night, but manager apologized and explained before it became a problem. Beautiful countryside. Great location to step off into the Rocky Mountains. Heavy snow arrived as we were leaving (November). Manager Chris was cooperative and friendly.

Sweet setting....Close to town.Staff was great to work with.

It is in a beautiful setting, with lovely grounds. The room was very clean. We were there as a family and had booked for 4 of us, knowing that the 2 children would have a sofa bed. We had a late.check in and no staff were there, we collected a key from a box. The sofa bed was not made up, there were.no sheets for it, or a cover for the duvet , and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The hotel I had been at for two days prior this one was 8 times better. Here they had 2 ft pool on one end and 5 ft at other. I thought it dirty. The area too small

Comfortable beds. Kitchenette virtually unusable: one skillet, no pots or pans. Drip coffeemaker barely functional; no filters included. No ice.

Nice hotel and near to rocky mountain national park

The carpet is a little bit dirty, other things are OK for the lodge in the mountain area. Staff is friendly. Basically, it's OK for the price.

We had a wedding up there. No running water next to tent. Our room was full of mold. Would not let us set up wedding until 12:30. Wedding was at 330. The whole thing was very disappointing. I would take it off the web if I were you.

We booked (and paid for) a room with two double beds but when we arrived late we discovered that we had been put in a room with a single double bed and a hide-a-bed sofa. The room was so small you had to climb over the hide-a-bed to get to the bathroom. Also, lots of loud obnoxious drunks staying in the adjacent rooms.
