Beautiful boutique hotel in great location to restaurants, shopping and subway. Stay in an enjoy Lobby bars and restaurants also a plus.

The Lenox was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the only negative about my stay was the room service. The food was cold, the order wasn’t accurate and the room service phone staff were not friendly at all.

It showed its age a little... which is okay in and of itself. The staff was arrogant however, which is inexcusable.

Great location- walking distance to Fenway. Incredibly helpful and nice staff. Room clean and had everything we needed. Rollaway waiting in the room for us. Great hotel.

I liked how warm and inviting the staff was. It was upscale and historic, reminded me of the past (which I liked). I didn’t like how dark it was in the hallways and lobby.

Classic and beautiful design. Good service. Great location.
