Our stay was comfortable and adequate but the hotel seems dated and in need of some upgrades

People were trying to help, even though some had technical difficuilties. Facilities are great for trips that require substantial time in the room. The carpet was stained, but then the hotel caters to pet owners.

We were booked 3 nights and it was so bad we checked out after the first night. The hotel and our room was dirty. You could tell the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The staff was completely unhelpful. The sofa bed was not thick. It was a terrible hotel.

Pros: Proximity to Patriot Place Late Check-out Small market on-site Cons: Light could not be plugged in due to bent prong. Limited cable TV options. 2nd light also broken, flashing. Crud on cabinet knob. Crud on remote. Tried calling multiple times over a 5 to 10 minute period. Unable to reach the front desk. No coffee, creamer, or sugar provided. No bar of soap provided for use with bathroom sink. Main area vacuumed but perimeter was missed as evidenced by child's plastic toy dinosaur and tash wrapper left behind.

The property was very nice!! We had a minor issue with our room and the manager was right on top of it. Would stay there again!!

Poor quality of staff. No room cleaning provided for any of the 6 days. Staff didnt comply with mstate mask regulations. Very rude, discrimimatory and racist manager and staff. Worst of all hotel stays.

A comfortable place to stay overnight. It is clean and the staffs were friendly.

Property could use updating on decor It was clean and convenient

Loved the huge rooms with kitchenet. It was clean and quiet. They need to keep up on the halls and sitting area by the fire pit. It didn't appear that the hall were vacuumed the whole 4 days we were there and there was trash over flowing out by the fire pit for 2 days until I mentioned it at front desk. Staff was very attentive and quick to resolve the issue once brought to their attention. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the staff is very friendly

Great service on the phone and in person. Very clean facilities. Great breakfast included.

You need to install USB ports in the rooms.PLEASE .xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Personnel extremely helpful, courteous. Apartments are second to none at other hotels, best value, nice furnishings, very comfortable. Not only get breakfast in Norwood but a supper offering Monday thru Wednesday. Pool and gym included.

One of the nicest and cleanest residence inns we have ever stayed at thank you very much Marriott. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends.

I checked in late and when I got to the room I unpacked. I saw my dog who was traveling with me go under the bed and and called her but before I got to her I heard crunching. There were dead bugs that looked like some type of beatle under the bed and she was eating them. I got very upset and went down stairs and told the front desk. They gave me a new room on a different floor with an explanation that less people stayed on that floor. This explanation did not make sense until I saw bags of trash outside rooms, which had not been picked up and perhaps attracted bugs. I was not offered help to move my things, which Would hav been appropriate at 12:30 AM and it ook me an hour to repack and then move everything , so I lost an hours sleep late at night with an event to go to th next day. I was nervous all night about bugs even though I checked under everything in the new room. I was also nervous that if the hotel exterminated the bugs had pesticides, which my dog ingested. The desk said they would "do something" for me but I received nothing until I asked for the first night to be taken off my bill. worst experience I had in a long time.

i thought it was really nice and well worth the money

Good value for the price. Clean, convenient and friendly staff.
