We had to checked out earlier because it wasn’t clean enough for us. We saw a bug on our pillow. We wanted a new room but they stated that it was all full. The bar staff was not very attentive. Just to order a glass of wine. It took them over 10 min to come to us. It wasn’t busy at all at the bar. Although the staff at the restaurant was nice. while we were having breakfast on the 08/14. I do not recommend this hotel. I be stayed at Hilton in the past and always enjoyed it but this one is not great.

The property was ok. There was nothing that stood out about it. I would have liked an area set up to sit outside. I was dissatisfied with the amount of plugs for our devices and the fact that the towels were not changed every day. When we requested to have our room cleaned we were told they only did it if your stay was over 5 days. The people were fantastic and helpful but I would not recommend this hotel for the money we spent.

I loved the place

The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptional. The only bad thing was that the drain was clogged in the bathtub, no hot water on the sink faucet, and minor leak in shower. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Beautiful surroundings, clean. Im my opinion its the best hotel in the area. I loved the Restaurant food, staff, servers and cooks. Yes sat at the kitchen table because i forgot to make reservations and got to eat and watch the chefs cook not only our food but everyone else's, just awesome. Very clean !!! Our room was impressive very clean and smelled clean. I am definitely staying there again. Thank you Hilton Hotel

We stay here 4 times a year because our sons attend Tufts University which is 10 minutes away. It is the perfect location. Great facility, staff.

This property had interesting and attractive architecture as well as good facilities. The restaurant had an interesting and stimulating menu and the pool was reasonably large. The indoor balconies were an interesting concept. Soundproofing could have been better. We stayed for a long weekend that happened to coincide with an extended wedding party in the third floor ballroom. Each night the floor was shaking with the bass until midnight. The TVs were very high quality but had legacy remotes that made it impossible to access key features of the TVs such as screen mirroring, which prevented us from watching Netflix, Amazon, etc. on the large screen. We observed some deferred maintenance issues such as darkened grout in the bathroom, but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. Overall a good experience, but with some room for improvement.

Staff was fantastic! Hotel was nice. But very loud and we had to change rooms because if a pipe leak and then our second room had AC issues that we were to tired to deal with because we were leaving the next morning. No complimentary breakfast and all food offered at hotel was outrageously expensive. But I say again, staff was wonderful.

The hotel has 4 elevators and only one was working the whole time I was there. (4 days). The A/C in my room was not working properly and when I complained I was told an engineer would be up. (NOT). I left hotel around 9am the following morning and when I arrived back at 5pm my room was not serviced nor was the A/C repaired. The hotel agreed to move my room (very inconvenient) and the room I got was facing the lobby. (all balcony rooms face the inside of hotel). You could here music and loud talking till almost 12 in the morning.If you are planning to visit the city of Boston I would not recommend this hotel. I would stay closer to the city.

The property is very pleasing to the eye however, their priorities are around event management and the other streams of income they get. Their guest are secondary and hence can be compromised when it comes to parking, staff engagement, other aspects of housekeeping. For our 4 night-stay, there was an initial day and a half, the rooms were not cleaned at all which was very disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and our room was cleaned but not vacuumed. The shower drain was not clean. Staff were not friendly at all. Our key did not work ..so we asked the front desk to re-code the key but she questioned us. She said that we did not turn the nob in the right direction and it turned out that she had to re-code the key again. I don't usually complain...but we did not have a pleasant stay at all.

Close to the city, very clean, nice atmosphere, comfy bed

The staff at the restaurant breakfast was so slow. The rooms have little flaws like a lightbulb not working, and closet door broken. The manager of the front desk or whatever was not helpful or sympathetic at all. I stayed at the hotel three times and one time I couldnt make it for my reservation so I called to cancel literally 30minutes after reserving the room and they were just like no. My parents changed their minds and stayed at the hospital, so i wanted to cancel. But no, the staff was not lenient nor sympathetic. I wouldn't stay here ever again

Love the service and the Spanish restaurant! There’s even fruit in the gym...
