Great place and great shuttle to the airport!

I felt very sorry for the girl at the front desk. She was by herself and had to check everybody in, answer the phone, and handle the shuttle service. I was overwhelmed just watching her. At one point she had an entire tour bus checking in. I know Covid is wreaking havoc on staffing but the administration needs to do something about this. Maybe an owner should drop in to give a helping hand. That’s how it used to be done!

No restaurants or stores nearby. Bathroom door won't close and a barndoor is not a good choice for a bathroom. Ice machine broken.

Just a good location to the Boston Logan airport.

The breakfast was very average

The location is close to the airport and doesn't require going through the tunnel to get to the airport, so there was no delay. I didn't like the bathroom: the hot water never was hot and the hand-held shower nozzle was in a poor place for taking a shower. I understand that the room was a handicap room; please don't put me in one again.

The room was pleasant and very clean

clean room, easy check-in. The location is very inconvenient. On a busy highway with no means of walking to dining. No inhouse dining options.

Free breakfast and coffee is excellent, cleanliness and being a minute from the airport with free transportation to the airport.

There wasn’t parking available. This is because they use it for those flying out of Logan. The check-in clerk was too busy. She was great but needed additional help. Took forever to get checked in. There wasn’t hot water for the in the morning. Had to take a luck warm shower. They have a breakfast but each time I went down, the line was slow and long. I finally gave up.

The area this hotel is in looks a little rough which had me worried, however, the inside of the hotel looks very nice and is very well taken care of. The only issue we ran into was our kids were excited to swim, and that’s part of the reason we booked this hotel, but the pool was closed for maintenance and the hot tub was completely drained. All in all though, this hotel is worth the price.

Hard to get to in the dark with one way streets

Desk staff was great. Facilities for eating, especially the included breakfast, were too small to accomodate all those staying at the hotel.

the place was clean, a tad bit tired but staff was very pleasant and overall was great. The area around was very industrial, which I knew but we walked about a mile to starbucks and sidewalk and such was full of trash and broken glass, nothing to do with hotel but thought we could get to starbucks and bus stop easier

This hotel left me stranded in the airport after calling the shuttle service two times! I arrived early in the morning red eye from a long overnight flight with a baby and they had no concern. I was far from home and my baby crying and was desperate for a safe place. Thankfully the Marriot nearby picked me up right away and gave me a room. I had booked 2 additional stays with this Hotel through my 2 week vacation, but are now cancelled. The sick feeling of being stranded and away from home will never let me book w them again.
