Very nice and clean

Comfortable and convenient

The employees aren’t good. And the fire alarm went off because of other guests.

It was very disappointing. First the room wasn’t very clean, sheets, dishes, utensils. Another thing was that there was never any towels in the pool area. They never cleaned the room or put fresh towels which is a problem when traveling with kiddos that love to swim. Another thing Was the breakfast, because of covid-19 they removed buffet breakfast which was understandable but they advertised that they would have prepackaged breakfast items available like breakfast sandwiches, muffins And more but the first day there were only muffins. The hotel was pretty empty because we went during the week and we could see a lot of rooms empty which was awful our second night when we were awaken out of our sleep by the people next door to us arguing at 3am. The hotel had over 300 rooms and less then 10 guest and we still managed to be next door to each other. Overall this was our first time staying at the Hyatt and because of everything going on in the USA we thought the Hyatt would take things serious and at-least clean.

Great Room. Single person but great Kitchen didn't use that much. Two Screens and two remotes were wonderful!

There was a hole punched in the wall in one bedroom, no fire extinguisher for the kitchen, and no smoke detector in the second bedroom. When I informed the front desk manager, he didn't seem too concerned and did nothing about the situation. He shrugged it off like it was a normal occcurence. Nothing was done about these issues, no compensation or the option to move to a different room.

I liked the suite. I enjoyed having a kitchen in the room and the location of the hotel. The only frustration I had was being bumped on my arrival night to an alternate hotel due to a fire alarm.

This is an old property without updating. From elevator to your room you can see old stuffs that might not be seen in the other Hyatt. Not recommended for family that for their vacation to visit Boston.

Construction going on n lobby was loud. Excellent breakfast, beautiful room

Room is not clean and the housekeeping didn’t come at all. The woman who was supposed to cook omelet said the machine was broken and didn’t cook.
