This stay was during the "covid pandemic". certain amenities were not available. However the staff was great. Ryan Ferriter, Assistant general Manager was superb. The rooms were recently renovated and were very comfortable. the new pillows were amazing! I would recommend this hotel highly.

They are doing construction and the elevators aren’t working. So they offered us a first-floor room. The room was fine, but the view out the window was of the trash bins behind the hotel.

The water in the shower could have been hotter and a wash cloth was left behind from the previous occupant. The furniture and fixtures were outstanding.

Whole property was worn and dirty, no one asked how our visit was until our last day, then were told that part of the building was redone a could have been moved,they were not sold out, so why not be put in a clean room from the start ?? Just okay but would not go back.

We’re assigned a room on first floor right next to ‘service’ room and the bar. The hotel is also 40/50 yards from the interstate. Needless to say the noise did not make sleep easy to attain even though the bed was very comfortable.

I haen't stayed in a hotel since my honeymoon 31 years agoo. I was in the process of moving and needed a place to stay for 2 nights. It was beautiful everywhere you looked in the hotel. The lobby is gorgeous. The resturant was very nice. The foof was terrific. All your staff was very accomodating, friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was very spacious and clean. I loved the tiny coffee pot, the spring water, and the coffee and tea pods that were left for me in my room. The bathroom was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the walk from the parking lot to the hotel. I have MS and walk with a cane and some difficulty. The walk to the front door was difficult for me because it was quite a distance uphill with a heavy suitcase. I wish there had been some benches along the way in which to rest or a way to summon assistance. A stranger kindly helped me the last 50 feet into the hotel. Once inside the staff coudn't have been any more gracious and helpful. They are all a credit to your company. I would especially like to give thanks to Adam. Even though he is the restaurant manager he walked with me and brought my luggage to my room. He explained how to use the key cards and turned on the lights in my room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much.

Access to Boston Sports Club which has state of the art tennis court and pool etc. Nice friendly service.

Not only was it very clean inside and out as you entered the front reception area it smelled so good.....

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton, and the staff was very accommodating, as we stayed here because we came here to attend a family funeral, and they greeted us every day. The food was also very good; we had dinner and breakfast in the hotel.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We appreciated the use of the shampoo/conditioner dispensers instead of the plastic bottles. Wish more hotels did that! We had a late dinner at the onsite restaurant and the food was delicious. We also went to the very nearby partnering fitness center to work out which was amazing! It is a fantastic facility that offers everything anyone could want! We look forward to returning to Four Points soon.
