Perfect location to walk anywhere from long wood Medical to Beacon Hill

Small room but very cozy.ll

Room was convenient and lovely. While I don't need fresh linens every day, maid service to straighten the room up and make the bed would have been nice. Check-in and check-out we're great.

The people were nice and friendly, however, when I checked in they told me our room was ready but it was definitely NOT ready when we walked in. The bed was not made, the trash was not taken out and there were still dirty towels in the bathroom. We can back later that night, the TV was not working so the maintenance had to come reset it and fix the toilet that would not flush properly. They said the toilet was fixed but it happened a few more times during our two days stay, the room was dusty and not as clean as it could be.

I liked the location . I really suffered the light in the windows that had no black out. I think a good curtain is essential and would make an enormous difference.

Great location, convenient parking.

Great location near BU, Fenway, etc.

Although it said it could fit 4 people, it was a very tight spot fir 2 adults and 2 children. But it had fire extinguisher in the stairs and smoke detectors

Location was great. Service was less than. I was locked out of my room for a whole night with no one to come let me in. They literally give one key and if you lock it in your room, you may be doomed. I had to sleep in the park that night. Very disappointing!

Property is sold as a hotel, but in fact it is not. There is no hotel service. There is no comunication available from the room to what they call a reception, which is located in other building, which is in other street. If you want to have your room cleaned, you must pay extra.

The property was very spacious. Off of the bedroom there was a kitchenette and private bathroom. This was very nice and convenient.

Room was comfortable if a bit worn. It was street level, so there was a lot of street noise - active neighborhood. Wouldn't be so bad except the bed is right by the window. Lots of noise from other guests inside too - hard to sleep with people coming and going throughout the night. No housekeeping. Kitchenette was a nice amenity. I'd be a little concerned about security. Single lock and the front door was frequently propped open.

It was okay and it served it's purpose, I would stay there again. Shower and bathroom was tiny, but I did like the small kitchenette.

We had a unit on St. Botolph. The location was fantastic for college tours and proximity to the train. Charming and quiet street.

Room reminded me of apartment I had in Brooklyn NY 50 years ago. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was near public transportation and many affordable restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Boston.

I had to walk 2 blocks in the cold to get to my building and as a disabled person, I had to walk to second floor in the building. The unusual but ok nature of this type of property was not explained before the reservation. Otherwise, it was great
