Centrally located to shopping, financial district, theater district, Chinatown, prudential tower, next to Boston Parks and easy access to restaurants. Paid an average of 400 per night for 2 queens. Hotel is busy, well organized staff with standard amenities. All in all good experience.

Location

This property had everything. It was located very close to the T easy to get around town. Walkable to Boston Commons. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to get my laundry sent out and returned the same day. The price even cheaper than finding a laundromat and doing it myself. The hotel was inexpensive for location and exactly what we needed. However, the one thing I will caution and this is nothing the hotel can control is the loud the noise on the streets first thing in the morning. Again nothing the hotel can control its just part of rush hour traffic.

The property itself is a beautiful property. The lobby Is set up nicely and extremely clean. The breakfast options were part of my reservation and I was very impressed with the quality and variety of food options available. Particularly at the weekend brunch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the room I was placed in was top-notch, spacious and always clean. My total stay was four nights and took full advantage of the walkability of the neighborhood with all of its restaurants and bars and Boston Common as well. This will be my go to Boston hotel going forward.

Amazing location! Customer service was fantastic. They had umbrellas for us to use when it rained, gave us water bottles to run around the city, even provided us with extras for when it rained outside and we were there to watch fireworks in the rain. it was the first hotel who actually cleaned our room in between the days of our stay. Very happy surprise when we came back to beds made and fresh towels. Bathroom was a little small but location couldn’t be any better to all the sites you want to see. It also had a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a bar!

Great location, comfortable room, tad small but updated. Helpful staff. Would stay again

Overall I have nothing negative to say. I DID leave a pair of sandals in one of the drawers and need to contact them about that. The employees actually seemed to like what they were doing and eager to help us. Water was offered to us each day. Excellend rating.

Room did not look anything like the photos. We didn’t get a suite so didn’t expect a lot of room, but the room we got stuck in was the size of a closet. Barely had room to walk around the beds and the view outside our window was basically looking into another window of another room, it was definitely was disappointing but we didn’t care much since we weren’t there to spend time in the room. What was the absolute worst was the fact that the AC didn’t work and were were unable to sleep all night. We only booked for one night so we didn’t complain but we definitely were not impressed with our stay. Seems the only way to have a good room here is to get the suites.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We loved the fact that everything was super close at walking distance. And there was parking close to the hotel.

Friendly and helpful service from front desk during check in and help with parking qr reader. No one cleaned room while I was out early AM and mid afternoon.

The Boston Park Plaza is in the perfect location for shopping, dining and enjoying Boston Common. I found the staff to be pleasant and my room was very clean.

The location, the hotel itself was beautiful. Curious why the light switch is outside of the bathroom and there was no ventilation fan. Otherwise it was a very nice room.
