It’s ok but I just don’t like sharing places with dirty people

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The owner was very generous, stocking the fridge and cabinets with breakfast items. There were plenty of towels and everything was very clean. There are nice laundry facilities available as well as cool AC. Just a note that this property is an apartment within a multiple unit building. It is more like an AirBNB than a hotel room. It was very affordable and nice for larger families or groups.

The property was nice with plenty of towels but I did not read that it was a shared bathroom when I booked. It was like sharing an apartment with strangers. There is nothing within walking distance and parking sucks. I must say the bed was uncomfortable and could not sleep on it. The blood stained comforter was not a good sign of hospitality but if you are looking to rest your head for one night this is perfect. I wouldn’t stay longer than a night.

The posting is very misleading at best. You should know this is not a private room, you will be thrown together with people you do not know. There is a shared bathroom, not a desirable situation. This needs to be clear up front without having to read the fine print. I also feel I was baited with a low price but then afterwards the additional charges were added on which made it NOT a good deal at all. The room is extremely small where you sleep. The common areas are fine but you will share it with strangers.

The host told us that there was a plenty of spaces in a street ( I already forgot the name....) at any time. However, we received a ticket for parking in a wrong time because that day was the street cleaning day and it was not allowed to park there. We complained to the host that she should take some responsibility to this ticket because of her unclear message, but the host denied and said we had no common sense. It is so ridiculous. It was really an unpleasant experience!!!! Do not believe your host completely. In addition, there is a lot dirt in the bed....

Hi fill great next time in Boston, still go for your property. Thanks

From the minute I checked in the hotel was in constant contact. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and answered all my questions. The room has quality touches everywhere, the hotel does a great job putting extra effort into their rooms. As it is a very good price I highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Guest! Thank you for taking time to write this review! It is certainly very often people who book room with shared spaces try to be thoughtful and considerate to others... We are so sorry that your experience was different. We invite you to book our apartments: where you have entire space private: not shared!

Dear Guest! Thank you for your time and effort to leave this review. Please note we offer multiple booking options for various budgets. The word shared is emphasized in the name of the rooms that come with shared bathrooms. We also have rooms with private bathrooms/nonshared apartments and houses. Our beds come with temperupedic mattresses which are not the most comfortable for some but considered to be healthiest option for your back. We have thoroughly inspected the comforter and could not find any stains on it. Our hard working housekeepers thoroughly clean/scrub/wash/dry/sanitize after each guest!

Dear Guest! Seems like you have booked our Economy room options: where you would get a PRIVATE room with shared kitchen/bathrooms. The word SHARED IS actually in the name of the room. We hope you will consider booking our apartments with private (non-shared) common space! We create multiple booking options to meet various budgets of our traveling guests in super expensive overpriced city of Boston...

Dear Nic, we are very sorry for your unfortunate experience with parking on the wrong street. Please note we always send detailed parking instructions to all of our guests and one of the lines quote: “ Please pay attention to seasonal ‘Street cleaning/Snow emergency signs’”. We also feel it is very unfair to bash your whole experience at the property after we have refused to pay your parking ticket. As before your parking ticket experience you clearly were impressed with clean rooms and convenient location... Our dedicated team of housekeepers work very hard to scrub/clean/wash/dry/sanitize the rooms... so we are not entirely sure what do you mean by: “a lot dirt in the bed”...
