Beautiful artwork in the lobby. Great rooms, location and staff.

First, I didn’t realize housekeeping service was not done automatically as at other “luxury” hotels. You have to ask for it. So I asked for it and got a nasty surprise when I got back that night: the door to my room was left propped open by housekeeping and could have been entered by anyone the entire day. My computer, jewelry … everything was left vulnerable by the hotel. I called down to the front desk, asked to speak to the manager, and was left on hold. So I went down in person and told the front desk man that I thought being comped for that night was fair compensation. He told me his manager had offered me free coffee in the cafe. The hotel biz is a trade: I pay them a fee and in return they keep me and my possessions safe (especially as a woman traveling alone) and my room clean. At a “luxury boutique,” as the 43 bills itself, I expect napkins with my in-room coffee service, a room service menu, some literature about the amenities of the hotel and where they are, and a bathroom you can turn around in even with the closet doors open, none of which was true in my room. In fact, the sink was still dirty after the “cleaning.” I spoke to the higher-up manager the next day, and she politely informed me that if something had been taken, their offered compensation would be different. Boise will become my new home in a couple months. When family and friends come to visit, I will make sure they all have a lovely experience … somewhere else.

Pleasant location on the water. In addition to hotel restaurant, 2 other restaurants are an easy walk. Enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evening and after breakfast.

The room was great very comfortable, They had check in online and checkout as well, however I was double charged for valet parking as the online check out gave me the option to pay in cash, which I did, yet they also charged the parking to my bill. When I called the staff was helpful and said they would remove the charge. I would stay again, but will just make sure to review any charges on check out

Location and overall feel of the place. Very well done.

The location was great! Our room was stylish and very clean. Chandler's Steakhouse in the hotel was amazing. It was a quick anniversary weekend getaway and the front desk sent chocolates and a bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely stay, we will definitely be back!

The staff was extremely nice & helpful every step of the way- we booked 2 more nights there because the experience was so good

The rooms are nice. Loved how comfy the bed was and that we had lots of pillows. The decor was modern. Enjoyed seeing the teddy bear on the bed when walking in.

It’s good I like this place the bed is very comfortable and soft

Love the art and photos. Nice amenities. Helpful staff. Great location. Fabulous food.

Beautiful property. Very disappointed that Chandlers Steakhouse is not open until 2 am for drinks. On weekends.

Strap in this is going to be bad one...so the property it’s is fine (I guess) The room ehhh The staff accommodating a guest after a coffee maker blows up and trashes most of his clothing and suit case not so much! So instead of them letting me use the washers on property I get to spend the day at the laundromat (yippee). I gotta tell you when traveling I love seeing new and wonderful places like Laundromat’s. Best part is I get to pay for everything, it seems my luck has no end! So, if you enjoy having the majority of your clothes ruined and get to pay for it too then stay here...it’s a joy. Honestly the only thing that would make it better is if they pointed me to the river to wash them the way my grandmother did back in the day.
