Clean facility. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit minimal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location for freeway, stores and food. The stairs and hallway from first to second floor were very dirty and needed to be vacuumed.

Property was okay. Not everyone wear a mask in hotel.

The building is beautiful from the outside with the Country Inn look. It is showing it's age on the inside and it needs some TLC. The pool was dirty, needs cleaned badly. Broken window to the pool, sad. The room was needing painted, but the bed was comfortable. Overall I would rate the Country Inn a 7 out of 10.

Room clean, but there were 6 small holes in bathtub wall, where I think a shelf of some sort sat, where you could put your shampoo and soap. The only other place was the edge of the tub and that really doesn't work very well. Not a deal breaker, but it appears that maintenance isn't a top priority at this place. In addition as I stepped into the bathroom at least one floor tile creaked and moved under my weight. Not loose enough to cause me to slip, but again no real maintenance going on here. Maybe the staff just didn't know. I didn't mention it. The deal breaker is the breakfast. Wow, really low rent district ~ Mediterranean Avenue/Baltic Ave. No silverware, just plastic. Maybe that has to do with Covid 19, but no fruit, no cereal that I saw, no bread or muffins, English or otherwise. Scrambled Eggs, small Potatoes (?), and sausage (which tasted ok) . No variety. At the prices that ALL hotels like this charge for a night's stay, they need to make an effort on breakfast. I don't want to go looking for my morning meal elsewhere when I first get up. The staff was very nice, not their fault, Whomever owns this place, they are making clientele suffer so they can make more money I guess. I'll pay more at the Hampton Inn if I stay in Meridian ID again. I spend 3 nights there, and each day the breakfast was the same ~ not very good.

It was very clean. Felt very good about staying here.

Nice place, great pool. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Convenience. Accept what you are being given. no time to add more than that. Next time I would not do the survey.

First time staying at a county inn very pleased. The windows open so we didn’t need to hear the noisy ac unit. Very clean, nice amenities.

I liked the beautiful view of the mountains and being able to sit outside on their chairs. I also liked the library and fresh cookies everyday! Cheerful and helpful staff, a clean and delicious breakfast area, and a clean room made the stay wonderful.

Location and friendliness of staff, super accommodating. You can get to both the village in meridian and the boise towne square both in minutes

We stayed for 4 nights and everyday that were very friendly. Clean and breakfast was hot and delicious.... Warm cookies and coffee all day long was great to!

There was a burning smell coming from the room. When the staff was alerted and could not determine where the burning was coming from, they tried to keep us in the room and just put a fan in the window! We, of course, said no way. They then tried to switch us to a room that was just checked out of and was NOT cleaned before us. The management was incredibly rude and unaccomodating. We ended up leaving and not even using the rest of our 3-day stay. They refused a refund to us. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

We were very satisfied with the room. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs very well. I was very disappointed in the orange juice at the breakfast bar. The label said it was 100% pure orange juice. It was hardly more than orange colored water.

We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We have had a few issues with our food supplier and we are limiting our breakfast due to the covid outbreak it is not as extensive as it once was. We do have cereal and fresh fruit available but we keep these in a different location for our breakfast to go bags. I will start to keep them both in the same location incase that helps in the future. We would love to have the chance to exceed your expectations, please contact me at the hotel and allow me to find a way to make this up to you and bring you back to us.
