This property certainly did not look like the pictures. Everything was outdated and things were broken. My room had a drawer that would not stay closed, motion lights in the entry that would come on in the middle of the night if anyone walked past my room. The TV would not work, there was no signal. And if you had problems the front desk would never know, because there was no phone to contact them in your room. So you would have to walk down to the front desk to complain. This was an animal-friendly hotel, and it was evident that animals had been in the facility and not cleaned up after. The floor was scratched up. The toilet was broken on one corner. Overall, I was very disappointed.

This place is changing ownership and under serious renovation... over half of the rooms are not being rented, the halls and stairs are dirty, and it seems like a significant portion of the rooms that are being rented are for long-term stays - lots of loitering. socializing, smoking right outside the building. Also, the check-in area is in another building and - FYI - it looks they are booking rooms in this hotel under several different hotel names, based on the different signs at the check-in counter. Lastly, my room only came with one curtain (so street lights were shining in), and had only two top sheets for covers. I asked the front desk for a blanket, which they provided, but it was very ratty.

The room was dirty, didn't look like the bathroom had been swept let alone mopped in a very long time. Bathroom counter had marker all over it. The tv remote didn't have batteries or a cover so we went to the desk to get that replaced, back to the room and the tv still wouldn't work. They did send a guy to fix it finally. There were food drips and crumbs on the top and face of both the microwave and mini fridge. This seems to be a hotspot for homeless people that can afford to stay here long term, didn't feel safe taking my 5 year old outside when we had to go to the front desk. Oh, for towels we had two hand towels and two for mats, one bed was missing a pillow. Won't stay there again.

Dirty, mold in the shower and on walls all over the room and carpet was coming up i got my money back and went somewhere else.

Close to Freeway access an no freeway noise. Applebee's across the road.very beautiful woman at early morning shift, very pleasant an polite.

You over booked me for this hotel so i had to go find one at the last mintue

The place was terrible! Right away when you check in, lobby smells terrible. Found syringes in the hotel bathroom vent!! The place was not clean.

I only stayed here because it had guest laundry that i was desperately in need of and called to confirm that. "Yes we have a washer and dryer." Upon arrival to a obviously broken down hotel, only 1 washer and 1 dryer was working. After washing a load of laundry I learned the other dryer wasn't working. So with wet clothes I asked at the front desk for someone to look at it or use another dryer on the facility and I heard, "No one is here. I don't really know what to do. Sorry." Thank you, that helps with my wet laundry. So I dried it by hand over a very dusty/dirty vent.

Granted it is a budget hotel. Room 309's floor needed vacuuming and the bathroom bed side tables were soiled. The desk staff moved me to room 317. It was okay. At 12:30am, as I was sound asleep, I was called by another employee saying I was not registered and pushed me for my name and more. More than 1/2 asleep I told him I was moved from a dirty room, room 309, he then said, okay and thanks. Please encourage staff to talk to each other before a guest needs to be seriously disturbed.

Nice hotel close to the airport Room was clean and a little older.

Disgusting rooms, horrible staff and owners. I would never reccommend anyone to stay there. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. They do not clean their rooms and accuse you and charge you for broken things in their rooms .

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel with no resolution from the front desk manager. B hot tub was disgusting and had things floating in it, the steakhouse that they mention has been closed for a while. But that is no comparison to the way I found my room. there was a previous guests coat still on the floor which makes me think the room had not been vacuumed. The smoke detector had been completely removed from the wall, be toilet seat was broken, the bathroom fan didn't work, the blow-dryer didn't work, and the table they had for eating was broken and 1/2. When I complain to the front desk manager he just said that he would get maintenance to fix it. Not okay!

It was ok... Room wasnt cleaned very well. It was obvious cuz my daughter found a 20 under the bed... But i guess that was a plus

Upon arrival, it looked like half the Boise police force were here. Overheard one cop asking the owners you try to call aroom because they needed to get it emptied before they moved in. I checked in, and went to get something to eat. Got back to see cops walking around with assault rifles. The carpet in the room had a huge missing spot. The mattress was noticibly worn out, i could tell just by looking at it. The shower sucked. Was dirty from the previous person, and took forever to heat up and change temperatures. Don't know what happened to this area with this hotels, but they all used to be really nice. Must have been when this one changed ownership that it went downhill. .. I'll never stay here again
