Just a 4 stars hotel Service not bad. Room good.

The Staff was very nice, the property looked good, but had NO WATER on the showers, for more than 24hrs, and kept checking in the guest without letting them know the water Issue. We lost a lot of time of our tour and restaurant reservations due to the wait and then to the moving issue. We where transfered to an inferior/not remodeled hotel with queen size beds instead of king and old carpets that gave us alergies, and had to pay the same amount for the remaining nights, and the Original Hotel Manager did not want to make an adjustment of price, regardless that Orbitz tried to mediate. Paid the same amount for a Hotel that did not meet our expectations, nor was the one we originally chose.

In this case, you really do get what you pay for: spacious, clean room, speedy room service, breakfast buffet with a wide selection and efficient attention, functional business center and, most of all uniformly attentive, friendly and competent personnel.

We stayed at the Radisson for one week in a business suite. The staff were wonderful, the room service was excellent (and inexpensive) and the view was great! The spa and gym were under renovation, but the room was deeply discounted offsetting the inconvenience.

The hotel is located down the street from Usaquen area of Bogotá. The room was nice although I really did not care for the shag carpeting. The elevators in the hotel were annoying because the did not sound to announce their arrival and then would immediately shut. The staff was very nice as was breakfast and the facilities. Taxis are twice as expensive from the hotel as the are anywhere else in town but they are always available.

Excellent hotel: location north is the best for bars and excellent restaurants like HARRY'S #1 and Crepes & Waffles (excellent value). Additionally, there is a seafood restaurant in the hotel that is excellent. The mezzanine bar is a terrific place for a quiet cocktail. The staff is friendly and very attentive... when they say they'll be there in 10 nminutes... they are at your door. Radisson Royal has my business every time that I am in Bogota.

Hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed spread was also very heavy and uncomfortable. If you sleep late and miss the morning room cleaning service they want to charge you 50% of the room rate for a later cleaning. Need better communication on all the charges that will appear on your statement upon checkout.

We regret the inconveniences that we could cause due to the sudden problem that happened to us with the water in the showers. All our maintenance team was working hard to solve it and in less than 24 hours it was solved. In addition, we all worked on giving the information to the guests who were at home and who arrived, offering them different possibilities such as moving them to the different hotels that we have in the city and the closest ones. As we already mentioned, the amount of the first night will be fully refunded and lunches were also invited, understanding the inconveniences caused.
