At check in, I was asked if 1st floor was ok. I said no, I'd prefer 2nd floor, but nothing was available. He said all rooms were already assigned and I couldn't change. I also asked if I could have an extended check out on Sunday, so I could shower and change my clothes after hiking and driving 4 hrs back to LA. He said no, they were too booked. However, online, there were still rooms available for Sunday night. I got to the room, and it smelled so bad. I left the door open for 2 hours, then flies came in. The window also has no screen. At night when I got into bed, the entire bedding smelled of cigarettes. It was so bad I couldn't sleep. The next day I complained and wanted to switch rooms, but he said nothing was available. My friend suggested running the AC and I sprayed the bed with body spray. That seemed a bit better, but the AC was so loud, by the second night I couldnt sleep again and had to shut it off by 4am. Without the AC, the room was very stuffy and hot. Also, after my first day hike, I wanted a hot shower. The water would not get any hotter than just warm. Anytime someone walked in the room above me, I heard it. Or the pipes were so loud when someone would flush or turn water on, it would wake you up. I needed to wake up early each day, but if you wanted to sleep past 6am, this is not the place for you. I just wanted a place to get a good nights sleep and hot shower for my hiking weekend and I got neither. I wasn't expecting much else.

The outside of the motel could use some refreshing but the actual room looked like it had been recently renovated. It was clean, beds were comfortable and bedding was updated.

The room was clean. The staff was rude at check in. The bed was very firm.

Broken hair dryer outlet. Broken phone. Front office didn't want to walk a replacement down but called repair staff - which was intrusive. Won't be back.

Staff is very accommodating and understanding. This is our go to place whenever we are in Bishop.

Hotel was so dirty. There were lots of flys on ceiling and toilet was totally unflushable.

Horrible time trying to get a room. I can’t believe the resort fee with no pool and 134 up charge for a 2nd bed. Wow

Very clean and quiet room. My only complaint would be that the pillows are lumpy. Overall a great place to stay.

Great stayed. Fishing season after quarentena. Comfortable beds.
