Was horrible bathroom was in disrepair and had not been cleaned paid for queen got standard bed with tear holes in bed spread have pics of all this. No coffee pots in room so we all were lined up for it she started complaining because she had to make more duh. Had stayed here before and was not like this. When checked in I said something about them and she said who is them i said my sisters that I had included and had paid for actually think I put 4 but only 3 came rude much? I paid for room out front . Will not stay again or recommend

It was in the area I wanted. But this place was not clean at all. There was dead bugs and hair build up on the bathroom floor and hair and soap scum In The bathtub. There was supposed to be free breakfast and there was nothing not even a coffee pot in the room. They said they also had 24 hour room service and again there was nothing. The sheets and blankets on the bed looked like they were for a size smaller bed and the small lot was blocked by large metal containers. I would not stay in this place again I would rather pay a higher amount and at least have a clean room with covers that fit the bed

It has great access to the beach. Room had luke warm hot water and the deadbolt security lock was broken on the door

They are in the process of renovating exterior with plans to renovate the rooms next. The gentleman at the desk was courteous and helpful. The room wasn't very clean but the sheets and towels were. And I didn't see any roaches!! ( I live in Florida so I know it's hard not to have an occasional visitor from time to time!). Overall, it was fine for my needs and the price was great.

Musty smell, mold on walls, carpet was wet. Housekeeper never came daily to give us fresh towels rags, soap and cleaning up. Heater was very flithy, it stank up room when turned on. Closed Captions for deaf on tv never worked. You get what you pay for.

Check in went smooth and staff was professional. Drive way could use some work.

Made a reservation and when I went to check in, the unhelpful and unsympathetic desk help said that they don’t have any non smoking rooms even though I had reserved one so we had to go through the refund process over the phone with Orbitz right there in the lobby. Thankfully, Orbitz got us a refund and then found us a better and less expensive place to stay that night!

Didn’t have any rooms left even though we reserved one because we checked in after midnight. We had a late flight so that shouldn’t have mattered. I need a refund

Nice location and nice hotel For the price enjoyed the stay

This is an ok room for the price. Don’t expect a casino suite or a resort style room. You get what you pay for. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. My room was a smoking room, again it was what you should expect from an inexpensive older hotel smoking room. My only negative review would be about the carpet. It looked scary dirty and stained. Although looks were scary, I walked around in white socks and they stayed white. Looks can be deceiving. The hotel served my needs with a place to sleep at night after being out all day enjoying the Biloxi beaches, restaurants, and history. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, actually more comfortable than some of my past resort/chain hotels. My trip to Biloxi was to visit my son on Keesler AFB. I traveled without the wife and younger children, room was fine for myself.

Very run down. Filthy carpets. Would not recommend to anyone. unbelievable the price was $80.00. Would not have paid $29.00 much less $89.00 with taxes. Very disappointed.

Stayed for 2 nights. We got there late Friday night and the main problem was with check in. I sat in the car as my wife checked in, until she came out in tears asking for help because the man was so rude. So I walked in and told him that I booked through orbitz and showed him my conformation email. He proceeds to tell me that my phone is useless because he needs the paper from orbitz. He continues to huff and puff while searching through his mess of papers. So 10 minutes into him throwing a fit about having to check us in I asked "will any of these numbers help if you need to call someone?" He turned around and looked at me like I was the stupidest person alive. He said "I already told you that is useless and your reservation is useless with out a paper." So my wife told him that he was being very rude and he looked at her and said "I'm not being rude, you are by saying that because I am just being informative and giving you information for your brains." So he comes back up to the clutter of papers and says I only have 2 for check in left today. Are you sure you actually booked here? I said yes, so he reads the names on the two papers checking in and BOOM! THERE IS OUR RESERVATION PAPER! He misheard the last name Porter and thought my wife said Florter. At this point (20 minutes in) he finally gets an attitude change towards me, but acts like my wife doesn't exist. I was so furiated at this point. I just signed the paper and went to our uncomfortable dirty room.

Location was perfect, but hotel needs some TLC. Television was not working. When I called the front desk they did not have a solution. Spent two nights without a television because it was prepaid. The refrigerator made a loud noise the entire stay. Beds were very hard and had no fitted sheet, only top sheets that kept coming off with the slightest movement. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. The front door was very hard to open .

Only stayed one night was fine for money spent. I would stay again for the night but I wouldn't recommend for family getaway.

Perfect Location! just a old outdated hotel. Needs major upgrades.

It needs some updating done to a lot of things. The room we stayed in smelled really bad. Wouldn't stay again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, across from beach, souvenir shop and seafood restaurant. Room was small (to be expected) but clean. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Great place for the price.
