It was a good basic stay. Not classy but not too trashy. Not the best stay for any extreme weather conditions. Room HVAC lacking for extreme heat / cold

The windows have broken locks and I was charged more then my original price from orbitz

So this place had really bad reviews but was already in the neighborhood so decided to check it out first. when I got there I asked the motels manager if I can see a room first and he was friendly and let me see the room which was alarmingly clean unlike the reviews. He explained that it had been recently been remodeled and that all the old carpets were pulled out new wooden floors replaced and new furniture. For the price I paid I was very happy with this room I would recommend. Yes, like the other reviews say there was a homeless person outside but I didn’t see more than two briefly and i didn’t get bothered by it. Also blankets are thin so bring ur own. I asked for two extra sets and got them.. There is toilet paper and hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner.

Motel was in a good location close to the mountain. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent and fairly clean.

really bad. dirty, noisy, no support from staff when people are partying in the rooms at 2am, smoking mj, bring your towel, clean sheets, sandals and towels if you have to stay here and have no choice. Ahh, also had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because they don't have daily room cleaning or stocking.

The hotel rooms themselves and nice and clean, the staff is nice with that being said we stayed 2 nights and we regret it we weren’t able to sleep either of those nights. We had what sounded like a domestic dispute in one room next to us and then Intoxicated people coming back from across the street from Wyatts Grill and Saloon just yelling at 3am. We will most likely not stay here again.

Location is great. This is my second stay on a Saturday night within a month. The first time I paid over $200 and the room was just filthy. Garbage under the bed, floor was dirty throughout, as if they mopped with dirty water. I gave it a second try this past Saturday night and only paid $100 approx. Room was even dirtier this time, especially around shower area. No blow dryer in the room either time. No shampoo or conditioner or anything this past stay either. The rooms are small and easy to clean so it's beyond me why they can't clean them properly. Also both times, at least one light in the room was burned out. This time, the room's electrical sockets were loose and some weren't working.

The hotel was conveniently located but the cleanliness was horrible. The blanket were too thin and they also ran out of extra pillows. But the worst part was, that despite my request for a mini fridge to add to my room (even for an extra fee) they did not have it. I was suggested to leave my item outside in the snow or use some ice So, I ended up throwing away my kids milk...

It was close to the convention center. They had free coffee and tea at the desk in the morning

El precio del hotel está muy bien pero las condiciones de las camas son muy bajas. Los colchones tienen bolas y son muy aguados. No puedes descansar bien. La camarera no hizo las camas por que había una almohada mua sobre la cama y su escusado fue que no podían tocar mis pertenencias

Requested new room because our first room smelled like cigarette smoke
