All good

Property was beautiful.

Very friendly staff, clean, nice ambience, good breakfast, quiet.

The exterior of this hotel is pretty giving a good first impression. The interior is old, dark and gloomy. The room had old, dark-brown, ugly, used-up furniture that has not been cleaned. Lots of noise from neighboring rooms and the whirlpool bathtubs. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked by order, very nice. Lighting needs to be improved. We couldn’t find a place with adequate lighting for reading.

Good location and good breakfast as part of our stay.

The bed creaks. The mattress hurts my back. The wall is so thin I can here distinct words from conversation of guests next door. The elevator does not go directly to the floor; you’d still need to carry heavy luggage half flight of stairs. The room is always too hot even with the thermostat is off position. The TV is off to one side of the bed, small and far away, making it hard to watch from bed. The bathroom fan is loud. Complimentary breakfast is good and plenty though.

Nice place for the price. There was a slight dingy smell and the beds were a little hard but overall good. Free breakfast was great even during the pandemic. Only other complaint was the jacuzzi was a little on the dirty side but the pool was clean and heated.

Overall ok experience. Rooms are on the tiny side. I keep having to go back to front desk and have them reprogram or give me a new set of key everyday which was annoying. Food is ok.

overall hotel is very clean and pretty. breakfast not worth it. parking is far from room.

Property was fine and the staff were nice. Orbitz was the problem. Orbitz listed the hotel as pet friendly, hotel has limited pet rooms. All of which were booked. Vacation had to be cancelled, THANKS ORBITZ!!!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean, spa was perfect. Will stay here again.

Jacuzzi was closed. There was no notice before we checked in that this was an issue. The staff was amazingly friendly!

Convenient location to downtown and ski resorts. Several great restaurants nearby.

Having stayed many times, it remains consistant. The property is tucked away, off the beaten path. The pool area is relaxed and inviting. They provide free breakfast that saves you from being wait listed for an hour on the weekends. Pet friendly rooms are available. When in Big Bear, this is the only place we stay.

The jacuzzi tub had too much chlorine in it. I couldn’t stand being in there for more then 5 minutes. Also, my room had to be changed 3 times. The first one was missing amenities in it that I had booked. The 2nd one, someone was already in the room as the blankets and sheets had been turned over and used. The 3rd one was considered an upgrade, but was still missing a balcony as originally booked.
