It was one night staying after skiing. fair enough for relaxing.

The first impression of the location was very disappointing. In the living room, the furniture seemed to be crowded among each other and tacky. The couches didn't seem clean and we're just draped with a couch cover. Moreover, since the furniture was all shoved into the same room, the front door didn't open all the way. This seemed to be the common theme throughout the unit. The dining room table was disgusting, still filthy with what looked like died chocolate and frosting. There were also various stains among the floor. In the kitchen, although it seemed clean, some of the pots were still dirty along with the microwave plate and inside the mini fridge freezer. These are required to be cleaned on checkout... This left us questioning the cleanliness of the rest of the unit. Even the bottom shower was dirty with hair in the drain. Lastly, the unit looked nothing like the pictures displayed on the Orbit website which seemed to display pictures from other units that had better furnishings. We did try to change to another unit but we were told we had to go through Expedia; we booked through Orbitz. We promptly called the care line and had Robin, Orbitz customer service, contact the front desk. Robin was told that there were no other units available except for a smaller studio. We looked outside to a partially empty parking lot that didn't send to add up. We ended staying the night since it seemed like we weren't going to win or get our money back. I don't recommend this location.

The cabin we stayed in had a lot of ants everywhere.

For the price that we paid we were very disappointed. We were provided only two towels for a four person room. The draft on the fire place did not open sufficiently to prevent the room from filling up with smoke. No coffee, no napkins....

its a very nice place kids enjoyed it very much! staff is very helpful

front office staff super nice and friendly the location was great to restaurants

Dingy hotel but with one bedroom which was nice. Breakfast is not until 9, which doesn't work with small children.

Overall great place and would definitely go back. A couple downfalls .. was advertised with a fireplace, the only fireplace I saw was in the main lobby (maybe just our cabin didn't have one) and was also advertised with a day spa which it apparently hasn't had in years. Other than that, room was great, staff was super nice and it was in a great location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the "cabin" we go got at Beer Creek Resort. The rooms were nice & clean.
