I didn't like that there was no cleaning of the room especially since there is no evidence that Covid can be transmitted through contact with surfaces.

This hotel was super beautiful. Extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean and friendly staff. The street in front of the hotel could’ve been salted a little better.

Simple clean hotel that does the job for short term travel.

Staff is great and hotel is clean and conveniently located. Beds could be better, bathrooms need fans, and coffeemakers in room are cheap.

The room was sooo nice. It was very comfortable and roomy. It is bey clean and pretty

Rooms are comfortable, staff are courteous, food is tasty. The rooms would be much better with a microwave in the wet bar area. Biggest drawback is no walkable, off-property restaurants. I inquired at the front desk about the walking path, but the agent wasn't sure where the path was. I eventually found it, but I wasn't clear where it would lead or where exactly it starts.

Very nice hotel ! I hope to stay there again in the future .

Close to all things Bethesda. Suites are ideal for families Pool is a big hit with the kids

nice look to hotel, attention to detail, not so much. My room had a lovely large flat-screen TV, but I find that attaching a power cord and coax cable helps immensely. No trash cans to be found. Hotel rectified for second night. Not bad for the price (but it fluxuates, and I can't tell you the sweet spot). Also, watch for the extra charges. Seriously, xx.xx for one night of internet? Didn't know anyone still gouged, er. charged for that. $xx for parking, too. Soap was free, though. I love the redesigned Courtyard line, but this was a bit of a letdown.

Reserved room for 5. No sheets or blankets for sofa bed. Phone didn’t work. WiFi was too expensive.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean. Staff was great. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The have a good restaurant/bar downstairs but it's overpriced, which I expected. Offer free computer and printing services. The hotel is in an odd location so if you get an Uber or Lyft, they may miss the turn and then it takes the 10 minutes to turn around because of the surrounding roads (this happened to me). Also, parking for guests is $15 a day and you can only pay in cash at the exit gate; if you want to pay with a card, it's only available at the front desk.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a family visit. Everything about the hotel is very nice although they do charge a lot for extras such as internet, parking, breakfast etc.

My stay was a quick 2 day stay. The restaurant menu was a nice variety and the staff were very pleasant and attentive to my order and request.

My daughter said, this was the fanciest hotel I ever stayed in. My children all enjoyed having room service dessert which was a great chocolate cake with ice cream. Think Home Alone in NY without the huge bill!

Good hotel and location if doing business in Bethesda. Will stay there again.

The separate living area was essential for our stay. We were able to put our 2 year old son down for bed and watch tv in the living area without disturbing him. We also found that the room was surprisingly toddler proof. He couldn't open the door or reach the top counters. The only downside was parking was expensive and so was the food.
