Bed was comfortable but the next day I woke up with bites all over my body.

Paying $220 was bad enough and not enough common courtesy to feed people eat breakfast for free that is unreasonable for Benton Harbor that is unreasonable anywhere

Made a reservation for a room with jacuzzi for my birthday and I called for check-in and they had no record. Happy that my husband booked us at the last minute. Our suite and food were delicious at The Boulevard in St Joseph, MI.

Thanks for putting me at the end of the hall. Lack of noise was what I was hoping for. Nice clean room.

I liked that the hot tub was open along with the pool. However there was white hair and dust clumps in the pool. They also had grab and go breakfast for 10.99 since there was no hot breakfast. Also the bedding was stained red and it looked like puke was left in the garbage can.

I was extremely disappointed that the room I specifically reserved,was available at reservation,I was later told was unavailable. I was not given a phone call or email notification prior to arrival of the changes. The bar staff and several patrons were not wearing masks,there was a party in the room next door which went on until well after midnight,and several complaints.

Great hotel in general, great "Hilton class" rooms. Location vise, - right next to I-94 Highway, so it's kind of noisy especially at night. Only one issue ,- NO Breakfast! The restaurant is not serving due to COVID and CDC guidelines, but ORBITZ still shows it as "available option" and selling it for extra fee when you make your booking. So, DO NOT purchase.

Arrived on Thurs and no one was at the front desk. The bartender had to go find him. He(didn't catch his name, tall middle eastern man.) was outside on the phone. He had a mask on but had it pulled down below his chin. (Why wear one then?) He checked us in and handed me the key cards, told me the room number but then didn't say what direction to go. When we got to our room, there were NO towels. But we did have a dirty used washcloth left hanging in the shower. So we went back down to ask for towels. This time there was another family waiting to check in and again no one was standing at the front desk. Someone had to go get the same man, who AGAIN, was outside talking on his cell phone. We got our towels after specifically asking for each type towel even after we said we had exactly zero of everything. That night we realized that we also had very little toilet paper. So the next day when we got back from the beach we asked the front desk woman (who again had a mask on but had it pulled down past her chin) for some more towels and toilet paper. She said she would bring them up to our room. Well she remember the towels but never got the toilet paper. So the next day, yet again we had to ask only to be told that they'll bring it up. Then they forgot again, but came back later. They weren't cleaning the rooms at all due to Covid, which I understand but they should have at least properly stocked the room. Rooms can be loud due to being right next to the highway.

Disappointed the pool wasn’t open and no breakfast

Check in was supposed to be at 3, got to the hotel and room wasn’t ready. I said no problem we will just go to the pool but the pool was broke. When we finally got into our room half hour later there were cleaning supplies left in our room and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Also the tv was out and they couldn’t give us a time it would be fixed.

Convenient location. Clean. Great gym and pool. The breakfast costs $13, which is the only complaint. For paying that much money per night, breakfast should just be included.

Rooms were okay. Pillows were very soft and had thin walls.

Front desk manager stand-offish. Checked me in OK but was not accommodating when asked about a bottle water (it was 98 degrees outside) we were hot from traveling. But proceeded to be unaccommodating. I asked about the breakfast the next day, (it's reason I stayed there and not at one of the two other similar hotels across the street) said online (Orbitz) that is was 10.95...she said no its 12.95. I did tell her it was different online, she did not really care...She asked if i had a Hilton Honors account I told her yes...but she could not find it with my name or email or zip code, frustrating. She asked if i wanted to open an account, I said yes she did and never gave me acct # nor did I receive an email with the info. I said Yes to opening an account if she could provide one free breakfast for the next morning, she said a flat NO....so we didn't even eat there the next morning. Not only did they lose breakfast business, they lost sales. for one free voucher we would have paid for one breakfast. So this way they didn't get any sales from us for breakfast and I would have ordered a separate breakfast....bad move. I have a few friends in the Hotel & Restaurant industry, and I know the hotels can give vouchers at thier discretion if they feel like it...and a free voucher for a wea\y traveler would have went along way. Some training is needed....Great hotel though!

Just stayed one night. Nice hotel, new construction, larger room, cafe.

This place is new and the bed was great. The room was pretty clean though the shower had mold in one corner and the floor near the door was a bit sticky. The only other cons were that the room was a little noisy with highway noises and we could hear the people upstairs quite a bit. And the breakfast was over $10 and wasn’t any better then the free breakfasts at other places. We may stay there again but would not eat in their restaurant.
