Warning DO NOT stay at this hotel! First off when we arrived they put in a room that was already occupied. We left today and I just received a $75 charge on my credit card. I called the hotel and asked what this was about. They said it was because I ruined the towels. First off, I didn’t even shower at this hotel because it was that nasty. Secondly, when I spoke to the housekeeping manager they just hung up the phone on me when I was asking for proof of the so called “damaged towel”. I have never heard of a damage towel charge. A towel does not cost $75. I’m not one to write a bad review. The hotel was gross as a whole but I wasn’t going to write a review until I got charged this unauthorized charge and then was hung up on. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Checked in around 530pm yesterday after a 3 hour drive. Got to our room and proceeded to get ready for our engagement pictures that were to take place at a nearby state park. I hopped in the shower, and noticed the bar of soap was unwrapped and used. Shampoo was also open and half used. Toilet also had dried fecal matter all over the bowl. Some sort of splatter spill on the wall under the sink area. Also noticed drink rings on some of the tables/desk. Immediately went to front desk and demanded another room. Which they did, but was on another floor. Had to pack up belongings and transfer to another floor. The whole process grossed us out, made us questions the cleanliness of the whole hotel, and also in turn made us late to our engagement photo session. Would not recommend. They did not have a manager on site when I asked for the room change, still did not have one the next day when we check out around 9am today. They did take my name and number but I have yet to hear anything as of 2pm. Highly disappointed.

Very nice and clean. It was quiet and within good walking distance of restaurants. The pool was green and needed maintenance.

Was 20 minutes from hotel with 2 kids in the car and was notified through orbitz that my reservation was cancelled do to overbooking. Due to it being labor day had to drive another 45mins away from my destination to find another room. Never eben gave me a reason of why they cancelled and gave absolutely no support to find a room.

They oversold the hotel by 10 rooms. We came an hour before checkin. We were told to come back. We did and we were denied a room. We slept in our car. It was awful. I hate Orbitz now!

The room was spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean and recently renovated or perhaps the entire hotel was new. Exceptional shower

The hotel was beautiful, very new and clean. Mini fridge was spacious and it was nice to have that and a microwave available in the room. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but they weren’t the worst either. The pull out couch only fit 1 person, not 2 as we expected. The walls and doors do not block out any noise (hallway and bathroom). Suggest to request a room away from the elevator, as the ice machine is right there and is super loud (as are the people getting on/off elevator). The indoor pool area is nice but very small. Check in and check out process was simple, the employees were nice enough. You’re definitely paying for the newness of the hotel, not so much the comfort. Breakfast was ok, but should be available later on holidays that are on a weekday. Overall, would stay again as it’s the newest hotel in the area and not far from the beach.

We had a very nice stay and the hotel was very nice also. Would stay there again when in the area.

Good new hotel. Room was very nice. Only complaint is the size of the hotel pool as it is SO small. It is almost a personal pool or could almost be a hot tub. Having a large hot tub would have been better. But for the price, our overnight stay was good.
