The front desk staff saved the rating of the hotel . The TV remote was electrical taped on the battery covering to keep it attached which was unsuccessful the entire time, the toilet water constantly ran, the sheets had holes in them, the maids started banging and cleaning promptly every day after 9am and were the loudest most disruptive maids I've ever experienced in my entire traveling abroad or local so sleeping in was out of the question. The breakfast was not really worth the cost. And the location wasn't close to many things without having to take the metro(subway) which isn't a deal breaker. The cost of staying at this hotel definitely wasn't worth the experience. We ordered room service one evening which they order out and have delivered which takes 40 minutes which was fine but when our food arrived and we only received half of the order because the restaurant simply forgot the other half of our order. the first part of our order was delicious but then we had to wait another 40 minutes for the other half which wasn't even fully cooked and was cold upon delivery and basically raw. I would not recommend this hotel unless it is on a serious discounted price. The front desk was very nice and informative though which is why this didn't get a worse rating.

Great staff very helpful. Location is perfect to access the airport a 30 minute train ride.

Great location, close to metro and relatively close to La Sagrada Familia, even though its not around the corner, the walk is rather pleasant

Great boutique hotel. Central location to many attractions in the city.

I loved the breakfast, which was always fresh and plenty of choices. The room was clean and cozy. The front desk manager was very helpful and made checking in a breeze. The biggest drawback was the location. While it is close to the metro and rail stations, the neighborhood is not located near many of the major attractions and dining choices are limited. We also had trouble with the temperature control inside our room. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Dear ET on Orbitz, Thank you very much for having chosen our establishment for your last stay in the city of Barcelona, and for your positive assessment. We are glad that you enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, we always try to offer a varied breakfast with quality products. The hotel has air conditioning and heating according to season. During his stay the air conditioning had not been activated yet, it is activated at the end of April. We feel the inconvenience caused. Once again thank you for sharing your experience with the rest of users and we hope to see you again on your next visit to the city.
