It is very close to the inner harbor and restaurants

Liked the cool vault in the basement.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Although the location was ideal, the bed and couch were quite uncomfortable for resting in/on while in the room. Unfortunately, I lost my house keys while on the property, but I found it difficult to enlist assistance from the hotel staff to locate my keys.

Loved that its a historic building. Very unique. Continental breakfast was great. Very clean overall

the building is old coz it was built in the 1900s. the history of this hotel was cool, if you want to experience that. It used to be a bank and they have a vault in the basement. The whole hotel does smell funky and old. elevator was small and I felt claustrophobic. Also, I was expecting a bit more since I’ve been to other springhill suites and other marriott properties. it looked better in the pictures too. Staff was nice otherwise. The bedding was fine they were ok. Bathroom was small and i will rate it 1 out of 5. TVs were small size in the room. Breakfast was ok. Not much choices. no bacon when we had breakfast..Idk maybe it changes everyday. No waffle maker too😥.. If I go back to baltimore, i’ll stay somewhere else..☺️

An overall good experience. Front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The whole place has an odd smell and is generally in need of cleaning and repair

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, good location, better than average breakfast.

Great location, very close to the inner harbor restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Valet as well. The hotel itself is GORGEOUS as it use to be a bank. Beautiful high ceilings, an actual vault entrance to a meeting room, fairly large breakfast buffet that was clean and there was plenty of seating. The room was spacious and quiet with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend anyone planning to visit the Inner Harbor.

Amazing room, very friendly and helpful staff and awesome breakfast. Overall I couldn't have been more pleased. It exceeded expectations.

Very recently stayed for two nights at the SpringHill Suites - Inner Harbor. We were very impressed with how the hotel was designed in keeping with many aspects of the old bank building that it used to be - high ceilings, very nice lobby and some cool old features like the mail chutes, etc. The staff at SHS was very accommodating and the housekeeping was great. Props to the Valet service for their friendliness and quick service! Baltimore itself was terrific from the Inner harbor area, to the International Aquarium and Camden Yards (tour) which was very interesting! Would definitely choose SHS again.

interesting, older converted bank building ample breakfast in the AM courteous staff

Booked this room as a gift for my daughter to attend Comic Con at the Convention Center. The property was within safe walking distance. Parking was an EXTRA 32.00 dollars but she was able to drive in and out and pay one time only. She remarked that the staff was extremely accommodating for every special request which made this room a great value. The breakfast was a nice way to get started in the morning. She did comment that the TV did not work but it did not effect the quality of her stay because there is so much to do and see in Baltimore. The room had two queens and a living space for spending time with friends. I felt better knowing that she was not commuting the hour and a half between the outskirts of DC and Baltimore at night and during rush hour three days in a row. Thank you Spring Hill staff for making her stay a vacation to remember.

The stay was great. hotel staff was very courteous

It was a good hotel with decent service and room. Felt a little old, but was maintained well with modern amenities upgraded. For the price, I would stay here again and again. It was also in prime location.

Very hard to park around here and doesnt have place to eat or drink. No where to hangout. Staff was cool.
