I enjoyed the size of my room

It never happened because our flight got canceled & I then had a terrible experience with the Orbitz representative.

Ive have had cleaner experiences, Never again.

The fire alarm went off twice the first night because of water leak. Second time fire alarm went off the morning I was doing work and had to change, pack and leave the building and there was no fire. Not a pleasant experience.

There was no shuttle to the airport as stated on the website and a grab & go breakfast was not what I needed as a gluten free diabetic...VERY DISAPOINTING!!

Because of the Covid- pool was closed and no breakfast- jus a bag. I’m ok with that but if u r going to be open during the pandemic- u should offer all services and use social distancing and clean jus as u do the rooms! We planned this trip knowing u would have the pool and breakfast available- and both were not- U should definitely add it to your website- But again- If you’re going to remain open during a pandemic you should just make allowances for everything and use extra precaution- I work in the medical field and I’ve been working since day one of this pandemic and we just have been using extra Precautions and we make it work!! If you’re that uncomfortable about it that’s fine but your hotel then should remain closed— all of it:((

The purpose of me booking a room here was to enjoy the amenities this hotel offers, The pool/Jacuzzi and Breakfast services was closed due to the Pandemic, I I completely understand the need for restricting certain things but It would’ve been nice if I were informed this prior to my payment. I still payed full price despite getting half the service. Will not recommend

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and very clean. Overall, excellent experience!

It was close enough to airport and city....so location was good

AC broke. bathroom light broke. terrible noise. called frontdesk 3 times to resolve. didnt quiet down until 2am. and they charge $8 to park in the parking lot! dont go here!
