The bed was very uncomfortable. You could actually feel and hear the springs popping in the mattress when you moved. It was hard, and I do not recommend this for people with bad backs or sciatica. We will be shopping for a hotel with memory foam mattresses or at the very least much softer mattresses. The room was a bit sub par. Upgrades and minor repairs are warranted.

1. I asked for a non-smoking room but the first room they gave me smelled like smoke 2. The TV's cable setup wasn't working so I only got antenna TV - there was also no channel listing guide 3. The hairdryer was broken 4. The shower/bath faucet was leaky and kept dripping - I was unable to find a way to shut it off completely 5. The gym was closed 6. The shower towels were the size of large hand towels - in fact that's what I thought there were at first!

Liked access to main traffic arteries. Staff was friendly, if not always able to solve technical issues. Room had no remote for TV. Replacement remote came with directions to sync to TV but we were unable to make it work. Staff did not know how to sync. Tub dripped unless you got the valve in just the right position. Sink Stopper would not open/drain. Maintenance fixed problem that previously was accomplished with electricians tape. Internet connection was slow, 1-2Mbps, and dropped off after 5-10 minutes of checking email. Had to reconnect to internet multiple times. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable.

The air conditioner power kept shutting off do room was hot, toilet water kept ran all night the refrigerator made a loud buzzing and had 2 old half used water bottles inside. told front desk was told hotels full was nothing they could do full Then call Orbitz 3 time I even tried called Wyndham. all the Customer service reps was from overseas was keep telling me to call the front desk

The cleanliness of my room and the staffing service were excellent

The hotel was very dirty. It smelled like cigarettes there was something on the bed skirt that I don't even want to know what it was and I wouldn't even take a shower there. I was charged 166.00 for one night which I will never do again I feel like it was a complete rip off. The only nice thing was the gentleman who checked my daughter and I in, he was very friendly.

Check in was not the best. Front Desk Staff politeness was weak, my key access to my room did not work initially and had to wait 15mins for the staff to return to the desk to get a new card. The vanity faucet in the room drip all night. Breakfast was the strong point. The staff in the cafe were very polite.

Maybe the pool couldve been open longer but over all was great. The lady that checked us in was great ans helpful. Will come again.

The price was good and the location was perfect for our travels to Philadelphia, Hershey, DC and Baltimore.

This is a very nice place yo stay. It is clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. It is away from traffic areas a d quiet and relaxing. After a day of sightseeing and hustle and bustle, this is the place to go to relax! A perfect 10 on my list!

Had to call several times for clogged bathtub and took a day for them to fix it.

Everything was amazing. Housing keeping needs to clean bathroom better in the rooms.

Great value. Fresh breakfast with an abundance of food. Check in was slower than necessary because both desk agents worked with resolving an issue about a guest's credit card problem.
