Clean, quiet…

My deluxe room was small. I purposely reserved that room bc i was traveling with my two children. I had family members who reserved the same room and they had open space and also some with regular rooms which were bigger than mine and i paid extra for the space. Disappointed.

Jeffrey, Our night auditor, Jaquail, left an incident report in regards to your conversation with him this morning. I am truly sorry that you woke to find ants in your room. Although the occurrence was unforeseen, it must have been disturbing to you and is certainly unacceptable. That said, I have arranged for Expedia to refund your stay for last night. According to the Expedia agent it should take 3-5 business days for your credit card account to be reimbursed. My understanding is Jaquail offered you a complimentary night to return to the hotel for a future stay, but you insisted on receiving two free nights. When Jaquail said he was not in a position to offer two complimentary nights you told him you were not leaving until you were given those two nights. You then raised your voice and turned toward the busy breakfast area and suggested that our guest would love to hear about our bed bug and ant problem. At this point Jaquail felt you were threatening the integrity and reputation of the hotel and agreed to two nights. Again, I am deeply sorry that the situation occurred and as stated, to compensate you, I have arranged for Expedia to refund you directly. Location and condition was very good. Staff was remarkable. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel, well maintained and conveniently located to shopping & restaurants.

Initial check in had over charges. Don't remember the name. Addressed the problem with Travis the day before check out. He took the time to review my charges and told me the total for my final bill. Which was equal to my booking quote and reservation amount. Travis deserves a promotion!!!

The one issue I had was that I was given a room on the same floor directly across from a "loud" SWEET 16 party. The only good thing is that it ended relatively early. I feel I should've been offered a room on a different floor.

The room was extremely clean and we'll put together. Comfortable accommodations along with the bed contouring to the body. The staff was polite, helpful and courteous. I overall was very pleased and would stay again

We stay at hotels about 40 times a year for work. This hotel was the best we've ever stayed in! The only problem was the curtains are sheer, not blackout.

Located near Rt 1 and I-95, easy access to shopping.

Nicely keep hotel, pleasant staff, simple quick breakfast.

I usually stay at this hotel without any problems however, for this stay, I was put in a room above several parties downstairs. It was really loud and hard to sleep. I should have said something to the staff but I just stuck it out. They probably would have moved me if I had asked.

I stayed at this hotel because the price was cheaper than staying in DC. I took the train into DC. It was a nice and clean hotel. The room was very comfortable. It was close to restaurants, banks, stores, the amish market and main roads. The indoor pool is very small and so is the jacuzzi. I would stay here again and also recommend it to anyone that wanted to stay in this area.

The only small complaint I have is the dryer didn't dry very well:(
