Location, fairly clean, only complaint was coffee cu & cap not match which caused hot coffee spill.. could be minor or major issue. Probably supply chain need some correction on supplies of these. Also need to recycle… not so environmental friendly.

The staff was excellent. So accommodating and friendly.

Difficult to find free street parking nearby that's in a reasonably nice area. I've stayed in several Hilton Garden Inn's before and am used to a certain level of quality (above that of a budget or lower tiered hotel) but all in all this was comparable to a lower-tiered hotel accomodations. In the late evening just 1 block from the hotel we were chased by a mentally unstable man and were lucky enough to get away unharmed.

This hotel was not opened and this was not indicated when we booked a room there. We ended up walking the streets at midnight to find another hotel.

Great location. Wonderful, helpful staff. The gentleman at the front door let me stay inside (it was cold) and kept an eye out for my Uber ride. When the driver drove past, he chased him down. Everyone was friendly, helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

It was at a crowded intersection cars and people all over the place. When they gave us our room number it was a room that was already being used and dirty

Location was great! Added services such as Valet parking was a huge plus.

We were not told in advance that we forfeited our Hilton Rewards points if we booked through Orbitz. Disappointing. We were also not told that construction on a large building nearby would be continuing practically all night. Disturbing.

This is a nice, safe, clean hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops; in my opinion this is definitely the best area to stay when visiting Baltimore. My room was clean and comfortable. Having free access to the Maryland Athletic Club is a wonderful perk. The breakfast was good, lots of options. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

From the first moment we pulled into the valet, the staff was amazing. Definitely made up for any issues we may have had with the room itself. Based off of their hospitality and professionalism alone, I’d be willing to stay there again. If you’re in the Fells Point area for a few nights and need a nice, reasonably priced place to stay, thanks make you feel at home, I would recommend this hotel. Great views of the harbor as well.

Great location,reasonable,nice amenities,excellent staff,wonderful hotel!

We were in town for a wedding and needed a clean place to stay. It was great as we were able to grab a quick local bite to eat before getting ready for the wedding. Also got to do a little shopping at the wonderful stores near by. Very cute area.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Great location!!

Unfortunately I was given a room with a roll in shower, however I am not in a wheelchair. The shower water ran all over the bathroom from shower to toilet and out to carpet in hall . If I where the slip and fall artist it would have been a great stay . The environment was perfect for the fall . I didn't mention that it could have been prevented by properly cutting the plastic water liner and some clear bathroom caulk. I can't forget our food served on the plate cracked from edge to center , thank goodness we didn't have food with gravy .

Our hotel is currently open and in fact we have never closed. I do apologize for the confusion but you might be talking about the Hilton on Pratt Street. Sorry about your experience.
