Very nice suite in good location.

Nice stay, Nice Beds.

Rooms were ok but I found 2 small combs under the sheet of my bed. The Hotel was under construction, areas were blocked off. No buffet breakfast. The decor of eating area is not relaxing color grey is cold and uninviting The staff was excellent and helpful

The hotel was under construction. We were not informed in advance. No pool access, only 2 elevators working, noisy and dusty while construction being done. Staff shortage. Five day stay and no one even came to empty the garbage. We expected covid restrictions but there were none. Mask not required. No additional cleaning or sanitizing.

I enjoyed my stay very nice hotel , great staff and very clean just needs to get those elevators fixed one working elevator hotel full of people not fun but otherwise great

The rooms were nice as always. The heating system qas stuck on 1 temp. We could not adjust, also the hotel was a construction site and I was not made aware at time lf booking.

We stayed 5 nights the room was clean and no noise from the construction downstairs. They were not serving hot breakfast, but did offer a continental breakfast bagged for pick up. I would definitely stay there again.

We’ve been here for over a month and we only had our room cleaned once. Every time we asked, we got push back because of the “new COVID-19 policy”. So we ended up having to ask for a vacuum cleaner, bathroom hasn’t been cleaned and had to ask for linens. The staff needs to be retrained and new policies put in place for anyone staying longer than a week.

Nice price for the hotel but they don’t tell you they’re not serving hot breakfast until AFTER you book. One particular front desk associate has a real bad attitude.

The air conditioning unit in my room was not working

Unfortunately, this stay was well beyond below my expectations or hopes. While I was understanding that the hotel amenities were not available and that renovations were underway, it was rather unacceptable to not be informed that the hotel is basically in overhaul or undergoing FULL renovations. Aside from that, the room, while nice, did not have good air flow and had to have maintenance come to inform me that the antiquated system would only operate on low. Finally, I experienced requesting towels and wash cloths from the front desk and was told I needed to come downstairs to get them. I made my way downstairs and then was told they were out and would have to be brought to my room - this was at roughly 10pm and I never received them. I wound up packing up and checking out at 10 am the next morning because I could not bathe there without towels and wash cloths. Overall, I was not at all pleased with this stay.

The outside looked very elegant and i was expecting the same on the inside

Disgusting. Under construction without telling you before checking. The dirt and garbage was on the floors and in the lobby area. Room was dirty and the hotel just treated you like you should be ok with it. Orbitz was great about how they handled my complaint. But the hotel is an embarrassment and people should be aware of this before they book.

Breakfast was great, but mattresses were little soft.

Hotel rooms are in need of updating. In our room the circuit was shut off for the heat so we had to find out how to turn it on. At breakfast there were dirty dishes through out the lobby and they ran out of food before breakfast was complete.
