Great hotel for the money

Happy hour and breakfast and wonderful staff at breakfast grill and front desk. I liked the fact that no one entered the room after we checked in.

The property was fine. However, the front desk clerk did not tell me that I was getting a handicapped room fitted for wheelchair guests. I am not handicapped and that room could have been reserved for a guest who needed it.

It was clean in staff was very friendly happy hour was wonderful plenty of snacks n drinks to relax

Housekeeping never came while we were there. Dozens of screaming kids running around the halls, restaurants, elevators, workout facilities, with no adult supervision.....and no staff controlling it....throughout the day and night. This was the worst hotel experience of my life....never will go back

I saw nothing unique. The bath tub was dirty when my wife went to use it. The day we left, Saturday Oct 26, only one of three elevators was operating in the morning. No fix by noon when we left.

It was all good, just late arrival and early departure but all good

When we checked in, we were not asked if we would be patking overnight. After getting key, we went out to park and i noticed most of the other cars had parking passrs on dash. When we came back in, the person who took care of us was on the phone so we went to next counter and asked if we needed a parking pass, "yes and it will be $8". If we wouldn't have asked, our car would have been towed! Then, when we got to our room, there was no hot water. Maintenance came and determined that we were correct so they gave us another room. The original person from front desk was with maintenance worker and asked us why we turned him in to his manager regarding parking pass. My husband said, well you were on the phone so we couldn't ask you and you didnt tell us we needed a pass so what else should we have done?. The pillows are horrible and the sound of the a/c unit kept me up most of the night and it never actually got cool in the room. No hair dryer to be found. We have stayed in this hotel before and it was wonderful, this time...not so much. Will not be staying here again. The amount if money we spent FAR exceeded the standards of this hotel.

A very nice Hilton Embassy near airport. We always stay here.

Very nice hotel in a safe and convienent area. Visitors to the hotel were respectable and friendly. Staff was nice and helpful. Breskfast was somewhat below a typical Embassy Suites standard. We go for the breakfast, please don’t mess that up.
