They did not clean my room everyday. When I went down to speak on it they told me that the only clean rooms every 3 days which is ridiculous why would I want to pay search amount of money for someone to clean my room every 3 days. When I ask what am I supposed to do wash my face the next day with the same tile that I wash my butt with the day before they told me yes I do it. Which is absolutely ridiculous that you can supply tiles on a daily basis. If you drink coffee and you drink your coffee on the first day that's in the wrong what do you do wait until the fourth day to get more that makes no sense to me. When asking for a cookie I was told we have all the customers coming in you'll have to wait until they come. Which also makes no sense who's to say I'm going to want a cookie later or that I'm even going to be in the hotel later you ask for things when you need them. Really don't know if I'll ever return to that DoubleTree

So convenient for pre or post Bwi flights 24 hours free shuttle and excellent parking prices,restaurant, bar, etc.. All including wonderful comfy Bedroom and bathroom

The staff was amazingly helpful withworking on several mishaps with my booking. I wish the beds had been queen size - not doubles!! I thought I had booked a a king bed with pull out couch so sleeping was uncomfortable for 3 people in 2 double beds. Long term Parking was separate & had to be booked & paid with another online company. It was expensive & I thought it was included. I had to go to another hotel for long term parkingwith Way.com. But the other hotel shuttle to airport was not running due to Covid even though the website said they did. My flight left in 2 hours so we were late because of waiting for Uber to give us a ride. We had no time for food & coffee because of this misinformation b4 our 4 1/2 hr early morning flight to the West coast. I hope my car is there when I get back. I’ll have to take another Uber ride for the return. All inall I only saved $25 by parking at another hotel. At least my kids got to use the pool.

So this property could use some updating. Our lights in our room kept flickering. We couldn’t use one outlet on the lamp because every time we moved on the bed, the light would short out and stop charging our device. I don’t know if it was because we were staying during a holiday weekend but parking was horrible!! If you came back after 8pm you were bound to create your own parking spot. Some folks were parking on no parking zones or somewhere on the side

Trash in hallways outside everyone’s door. Bathtub in room was rundown and had leaky faucets. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. This may be a doubletree in name, but it’s rundown compared to others.

The room was clean,but the staff was not very welcoming. I felt like they were acting like robots. I also experienced noise disturbances during my stay at night. My husband and I were celebrating our 7th year anniversary. Our weekend was interrupted with all the noise coming from the room next door. It seemed that they were unattended children in the next room that were banging on our door and yelling throughout the hallways at night. I brought this to the staff 3 times during our stay and nothing was resolved. I checked out and mentioned it again to the front desk, but she replied"I dont see anything in the comments. " Then proceed to process the check out. I felt like ,I wasted my money and my experience was of no concern to them. Definitely would not recommend.

Close to the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle was prompt. Got it on a great deal and was scared there would be a catch but it was the usual high standard you expect. And their on site restaurant stays open late so you can grab a late meal

Service was awesome, check in was a breeze. There was a bit of confusion on the airport shuttle pickup, but it was quickly resolved. Daughter and wife were very pleased with the room It was clean and felt very safe. Thank you.

I needed a handicap room for my elderly aunt. We booked through a third party site (orbitz), and then called the hotel directly and requested a handicap room. when I checked inThe front desk told me that sincey reservation was through 3rd party that my requests aren’t priority and there were no additional handicap rooms, even though I called to confirm I was going to get a handicap room for my elderly aunt (who ended up not being able to take a howler.) I am very disappointed, if I would’ve known she wasn’t going to be able to get a handicap room I wouldn’t have booked here. After speaking with the manager she was very sweet and was willing to do what she could but unfortunately at that point it was too late.

The Doubletree first of all told me that the shuttle would take between 10-14 minutes to pick us up from the airport. We waited out in the cold for 15 minutes and called again to make sure that we were at the right stop. I was then told that am airline crew had needed to be picked up and thstcthe driver would be sent immediately. He said it would take about 10 minutes. After another 15 minutes passed by, with us waiting out in the rain and cold, I called again and was told that the driver had gone on a break; but that he would be topick us up in 10-14 minutes! We were lied to on the original calls! Then the driver eventually show up with a load of frustrated passengers and we got to the airport hotel. We arrived at the front desk only to wait. One man beside us stood for a long time; the lady who started to serve me was asked by the other agent to help her so she left me (without saying a word( and stood trying to solve the issue with the other man. Then both hotel staff left the front desk and went to a back room. After several minutes, the nan behind me jumped the line; went to the back room and spoke with them. He was then given a room key, and left for his room. I was still waiting. Then I heard that Doubletree had oversold rooms! It took awhile longer for them to arrange for us to be put up In another hotel. We were shuttled over. It was a rather surreal experience and not one I would have expected from this chain. They did solve everything but it took too long..

Nice hotel, clean. Room much bigger than expected -sitting area was not crowded into bed. Small bar in lobby where people were ordering food after 8 pm. Looked good, but we'd already eaten before getting to hotel so didn't try. Hotel perfect price/location for flights at BWI. We had 630 am flight so stayed over. Left our car there for the week through the Global Air Parking. (Don;t need to stay at hotel to use the Parking) Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to stay! Would recommend to anyone.
