Location was perfect!

I'm a country boy, stayed here for a wedding. The cost of everything at thd hotel was extremely expensive. $32 for a breakfast buffet,or" $3.50 for a small coffee. Parking, $25 for anything over 3 hours, crazy. Give me a mid range motel with free padking and free modest breakfast anytime.

Our experience was amazing, will definitely be back next time in town!

Our stay was lovely!

Despite the covid restrictions, I had a very pleasant and safe stay. My room was very clean and the bathroom pristine. The room was gorgeous with amazing views!! There was no valet parking but the lot is next door to the hotel - literally 1 minute away. There was no food and beverage but there are plenty of healthy food options nearby. It was a great stay! The restaurant partially opened the morning I checked out - bummer. I intend to book another stay in a few weeks!

Loved that it was right on the harbor. Also loved that it was in the middle of shopping and dining. The staff is so helpful in finding the right places to eat and shop. I love the fact that no matter the time, day or night, there was always someone at the desk. Never had to wait for someone to show up. I understand we are in a pandemic but i wasn't happy about having to go somewhere else (Another Hotel) to have a drink at the bar. All of the other Hotels in the area at least had their bar open.

The hotel was great. Rooms were clean and the hotel was walking distance from restaurants and stores. Very nice area. The only downside was the restaurants and bar in the hotel were not open. However, the bar across the street at the Four Seasons was open and was fantastic!

Friendly staff was so warm and inviting. Really appreciated the customer service.

Had my hands filled and had no emplyees ask if they would like to help me with bags. Bridge from parking lot to hotel was closed. Parking was not included. Wifi was not included. No dining or room service within the hotel. No bar within the hotel. Was told there would be no cleaning because of a two night stay if I wanted some there may be an additional cost. Views were nice from my room, but it did not justify the price for the room with the lack of amenities and no form of compensation through lack of hospitality. Masks were worn loosely around the hotel with a random security guard asking for one to be worn every once in awhile.

I loved the room and staff clean beautiful room updated and even had netflix!! Stafff was friendly and very helpful!! Only thing i did not like was there were no amenities!! Pool was closed no breakfast in them am they closed up half the lobby so u couldnt capture the full beauty of the hotel!!!

Everything was great except there was a party in the neighboring room that went on for hours. Loud music screaming and even a fight. I was shocked that no one came and I finally called the office. Someone came and it was quiet for a little while but the noise started again shortly after but not as bad. It finally got quiet around 2:30 am. That’s the only complaint I have. The staff and room were great

Very nice hotel to stay at. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and prompt. Rooms were clean to satisfaction. The view of the harbor and city was fantastic. Centrally located within walking distance of many things to do.

Very clean, nice view, and amazingly helpful staff!

Great stay even during the pandemic. Convenient location near shops and restaurants.

The view from the room was spectacular. I loved everything about this Hotel. This is my second stay and I will be back.

Loved the staff. The two ladies at the front desk the evening we checked in went out of their way to bring my daughter a little gift of snacks and a little mini stuffed animalsomething done at a medical facility nearby. when they delivered it to our door I began to cry it was one of the nicest gestures we've ever had at a hotel. they didn't have to do it and I'm sure they use their own money and we greatly appreciate it and made my daughter's whole night.
